The vitamins have been great
The vitamins have been great, I had horrible arthritis that made it hard to sleep unless my hands were in a specific position. After a week on the vitamins my hand arthritis is 90% better. I haven't had to sleep with them in my normal position, and they don't hurt very often. It has really been amazing.

Some of the best supplements I've ever used because of every ingredient that goes into the product is tested for purity and quality. I've been recommending them for years. I use vitamin D3, querctin, vitamin C, and it helped me to overcome covid without being hospitlized and I'm a 65 year old female with asthma. Great all in one multivitamin
I think for the price and convenience the one a day multivitamin has everything u need with correct amount of vitamin d and u just take one a day. I also take something for the joints on the side but this is a great multivitamin the one I choose
