Scam company

I had few issues before as my purchases arrived damaged. I sent pictures and got partial refund. But now they gave me tracking that doesn't work and I am contacting by email and Paula don't refund. I got scammed as I lost 130 euros and have no items. I also contacted the WhatsApp of Naturitas in Spain - as the company is Spanish I thought they would resolve. It's worse as nobody picked up and I keep in a loop with a robot. Totally scammed.

Do not buy in Naturitas

Hi, I ordered powder milk for my son which is autistic and have arfid. I didn't receive the milk or refund. The company is a joke as can't get me an update. I have been in the post office and they also have no Idea where is my package. I am waiting already 4 weeks. No milk and no money back. I don't recommend neither I will use their services again.

I'm surprised to see so many negative…

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews, as I had no issues with this website. My order was received, confirmed, sent out and receieved within a week.
For full transparency, I will second what others have said and add that yes, despite providing your address during the order, they ask for it for a second time for some reason and that email was in Spanish for me. I didn't add any new details, and it seemed to work. My guess is the .ie handle is one of their branches, but they're likely based in Spain or somewhere similar. We've ordered off of different Spanish sites before and faced a similar situation where the address needed to be confirmed twice, so I don't personally think this is site specific.
I guess make your own judgement, but I certainly had no issues and plan to order from them again as needed.

Complete SCAM scam scam scam scam AVOID Naturitas

I order, no confirmation email, received a tracking number after 24 hours, tracking number doesn't work, no response to my now 15 emails other than an automated response
Received an email stating that my order "may" arrive in 10 days"however if the order does arrive and I'm not satisfied that I have to return it at my own cost"
No tracking provided just a "good faith" date in the future.
I should have read their trustpilot reviews first
Naturitas customer service are nonexhistant and awful, worst company I've ever dealt with, email signed off as "AI customer service" not update, 3 days after placing my order, ALL emails ignored

I received multiple tracking numbers no of them work, no answer no help

I received multiple tracking numbers, and none of them work. This company has no respect, care, or anything even near to the normal approach of online company care towards customers. Total ignorance, no answers at all, no chance to contact them other than by email or application form, and all of it is totally ignored without even a sign of interest. PLEASE STAY AWAY; this is a scam. I will report this company to all EU control places I will find. There were a couple of companies that didn't meet their promise, but they weren't even able to refund the order or somehow communicate. Natiritas will steal from your card and never communicate about it after. I am sorry I was ripped off of the €148.66. For someone it is change; for me it is a fortune. I am an invalidity pension person; Naturitas has stolen money from invalidity person. What more is there to say?

Avoid at all costs!!! Scam for sure

Ordered 10 weeks ago and still no product. The same generic email back from them every time I email them. Can’t get a refund and have got fed up trying. Don’t waste your time or money.

Order paid but never left their facility

It's been almost a month since I ordered a few things from their website and my order not only that it's not on the way, but still hasn't even left their facility. It's insane, customer service not responding, not helpful at all.
I wish I've seen these bad reviews prior to ordering but now it's too late. 😡
If I had known it's like that, I wouldn't have ordered anything from them, especially because I had other options.
So frustrating.
Avoid.

Half my order didn't arrive!!

I love this company's products but the delivery service is terrible!!! I've ordered many times and there is always a problem. With my most recent order half of the products never arrived. I contacted the company and was told they would be delivered within 10 working days. It is now at least 15 working days and no delivery. I contacted the company again last week and they haven't responded.

I ordered probiotics from naturists.us…

I ordered probiotics from Naturitas.us in August and October and have received neither order. I have completed multiple forms to find out where these orders are. $271.82 has been paid for these orders. I think this company is fraudulent. I will be contacting the manufacturer of the product I ordered to report this distributor as fraudulent.

Naturitas Discriminating Against Bank Transfer Customers

I have repeatedly contacted, Naturitas Customer Care, to request that my email requesting that, Naturitas, provide the Bank Transfer payment option on the, Naturitas website check-out, is forwarded to, Naturitas Management, for proper consideration

Instead, the, Naturitas Customer Care Agent, namely, 'Paula', keeps sending me generic email replies, that ignore my request, and just keep reiterating the standard existing payment options that Naturitas accommodate

I already know these standard payment options, so I am asking, Naturitas Customer Care, to forward my request for the Bank Transfer payment option to, Naturitas Management, so that they are aware that the Bank Transfer payment option is being requested by, Naturitas Customers

There is a resistance or inability to send Customer requests, or Customer complaints, to Naturitas Management

So, Customers are stuck with generic, indifferent, AI-style, replies to Customer emails, from, Naturitas Customer Care, who dont care

Naturitas, are discriminating against Bank Transfer Customers

Stupid For Business and Unfair to Customers who pay by, Bank Transfer, which is an instant, digital, efficient, safe, payment method, which is around longer than Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Gpay, ApplePay, Paypal, etc, etc, etc,

However, Naturitas, have not bothered to include the Bank Transfer payment option on their website's Check-out webpage, which they could easily do, but they cant be arsed

Naturitas, are behaving Stupid and Out-Of-Touch with their Customer Demographic

Naturitas, needs to be more inclusive of all types of Customers and stop Discriminating Please

Positively surprised

I only saw the bad reviews after placing my order and was worried I was being scammed and that my order would never arrive, but it actually did. One week later and divided in 2 packages. The second package took a bit longer because it had to be repacked by the dispatcher. I was only informed by the dispatcher that my order would arrive in 2 separate packages and not by Naturitas. That is my only complaint. Other than that all good and I'm very satisfied with the products too. The first package arrived to Germany from Spain in one week.

I received my order today from Naturitas, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The Lion’s Mane and Omega-3 came in lightweight plastic bottles, which were practical and well-packed. What really impressed me was the Rhodiola extract: it came in a glass bottle, and was carefully wrapped in thick protective paper inside the box. That level of attention shows real care and foresight.

Thank you for treating even a single bottle as worthy of protection. That’s how systems earn dignity.

Naturitas is a scam

Naturitas is a scam. Do NOT buy from them. I ordered vitamins and they NEVER left their country. NATURITAS told me it is stuck in customs. They refused to contact customs. They told me it was MY problem. I asked for refund many times they kept denying me my refund. They told me it left their factory and it is now my responsibility. They are TERRIBLE. I want my refund. This is a scam. BEWARE!

Naturitas did not deliver the paid Item
and refunded only less than the half of the paid price.
Naturitas lied towards PayPal pretending having refunded more than actually has happened.
In stead of any sincere communication
Naturitas send Me very many automatically produced emails.
I shall not buy there again and can only warn about Naturitas.
