It has been a travesty from the start. Transfers that we had already paid for required extra money to the driver once we landed. Because Navig8 had booked the wrong pick up time from the airport we spend the entire night before trying to arrange the right collection time. We then spent the next 3 day's on our holiday trying to get a reimbursement for the fare which was mostly ignored. Finally we had no transfer arrangements from the hotel to the airport on our final day until well passed our checkout and the travesty continued with ignored calls, texts, Instagram messages and disconnected phone number to which finally we get the transfer notification which are again arranged for the incorrect time and would make us miss our flight and we had to pay the driver again with the promise of reimbursement at a later date in November, this is all on top of chasing Disney entrance tickets, flights, accommodation throughout the entire process. Once they have your money they have no interest in doing anything. All in all I would fully recommend you DO NOT use this company unless you want to be stranded with a massive extra expense due to incredible incompetence.

Absolute scam paid them money for a Disneyland break they never even booked. Contacting this company is like the worst experience I’ve ever had just lies and deceit I can’t even get my refund as they keep making excuses. Also noticed the ATOL belongs to a different company do not use this holiday agent it will save you a lot of stress and upset

Absolutely terrible experience booking with this company. To even be able to get a refund they've asked me to not leave a review. They have now taken recommendations of there Facebook profile so that people can't leave reviews!.. absolutely terrible service. And communication. Not fit for purpose. Also SO unprofessional . David's been sacked for anyone wondering. And the "supervisor" just ignored your messages and your complaints. I tried to cancel this holiday back in march and it has taken untill today 16th June to finally get a refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Thank you so much for your message. I really appreciated your help with the booking — the flight was brilliant and everything went smoothly.
The only small downside was that after an early flight we weren’t able to access our room until after 3pm, so we had to wait around for quite a while.
Overall though, we had a good experience. Thanks again for your support, and I’ll be happy to keep you in mind for future trips.

At the beginning when I was booking my trip to Disneyland Paris David reassured me that he would support me with all enquiries which he did at the beginning of. This lasted a short time when it was getting nearer to the time of flying I called and message as they only reply on WhatsApp to ask for my documents which was never coming . Finally an Amy agreed to make sure I received everything which she sent the documents but brought to my attention that I had not paid for transport which she sorted straight away . Both consultants agreed for me to get a gift voucher for the stress that was caused I received nothing .when I arrived at the hotel I was booked for 3 adults one child instead of 2 adults 2 children .Disney was amazing but I would not recommend this company there is plenty more available .

David was really helpful and answered all my questions, booked quick and easy!
