First time I have purchased from this company,as soon as I placed an order I then received an email with a discount. I mentioned it to the company and had such a positive response. I would trust them 100% . Excellent customer service.

Product is ok bends on full weight to get up i didnt feel secure with it and so requested a refund they stated they would refund 25% and we could keep product when I insisted they said shipping coats to return is at your own costs and are expensive
We can offer 50% refund and keep product.
Ask about return address etc and they constantly hard sell keep product. I am very sceptical when companies do this. I wont be using it as I didnt trust it. They stated if the product is faulty they would cover shipping costs.

The only problem I had was that I was offered a better deal until 31/7/26 - so I went in and ordered walking sticks but when it came to payment section it would not let me put in my card details - finally had to go back to original site and order through there and pay a higher price - but disappointed by it as I was buying them as gifts and I ended up paying more than I was quoted - I should have been able to purchase them at the price you offered - so that was a miss in customer service.
I have also been trying to track my purchase - was directed to download a new app called SHOP - and after a whole lot of mucking around I have downloaded it and can’t find how to track my parcel within SHOP anyway.

Great service, had a small issue with the cane and Rachelle promptly attended to it by providing a new cane that arrived very quickly.

Quick response to a poor courier performance

Very good walking aid, I feel so much more confident taking it out with me.

I have my second stand up cane. Received it in a timely manner after you had to hold my order til my new credit card came after I had to get a new one due to fraudulent activity.No problem with order and find cane fantastic. Have had many inquiries about it where did you get it, so many features on it

We had a problem with a cane and they corrected it immediately.

I ordered two stand alone canes. The second did not work properly. I contacted them and requested a refund on the second cane.

They had already sent out a replacement cane. However, they refunded me for the cane that didn't work and told me to simply keep or donate the new one!

When I complained about a cane battery connection breaking you immediately said you would replace it. I had noticed that the battery cover was faulty as it was very hard to keep closed.

Received an answer to my question withing minutes solving my doubts. Well done, that is great service!

After some difficulty completing the ordering process, the service representative did the ordering for me, and I got the order successfully.

I appreciated the fact that they accepted my cancellation respectfully & offered me a further discount, even though I am not in a position to accept it yet.

Found the cane too wobbly and wanted to return under the 60-day return policy. However, the cost of returning it is on the purchaser and the cost is almost the cost of the purchase, so I'm stuck with something I cannot return nor cannot use. What a waste of money.
