BEWARE! The money back guarantee is a buyer paid return to England! YUP, they forgot to mention that in the Money Back Guarantee Statement. The cost for return shipping almost make it not worthwhile to ship it back!

The foot and knee massagers, even fully charged, are both quite weak. If you have a big frame, the leg massagers won't wrap around your knees. Worst of all, Naxir's return policy is a disaster for US customers. My total purchase came to around $180. Naxir is based in England, and US customers must pay return-goods shipping charges. Cheapest quote I got was $110. That's unacceptable for any company selling consumer goods to the US. Shame on them!

I agree with this review 100%: Item didn't fit your company failed to tell customers that items were being shipped from China and u offer a 100% guarantee but fail to tell customers that if u need to return the item u have to pay for item to be shipped to the UK costing customers more to ship back for for 3 times the cost of product!!! Bottom line deceptive advertising and in reality No guarantee at all! Don’t do business with dishonest people!!!

I am a believer in the effectiveness of the foot revive. But, the Velcro way of attaching is very weak. I HAVE to put socks on over both units to keep them on my feet. VERY awkward to do since I have to use one hand to hold the unit in place, and one to work the sock. I believe you already know this from other feedback because the leg massagers I bought have Velcro SO STRONG that they are hard to get OFF! I wish there were some sort of retro-fit that make the foot revive easier to use!

Just started to use it. Feels like it is helping my feet numbness. No regrets so far.

Product seems to work but as I have only been using it for a short while I have not experienced any significant change. Improving the charge capacity of the unit (ie presently 30 to 60- minutes of use time to 3 hours of charge time) would be helpful. Thank you.

Maybe read the email before responding! Clearer instructions on how things work as far as what to expect.

Wondered how the advertising matched with the sales pitch as it’s use seems to take the edge off and maybe with continued use there will be even less pain when walking…..

When I first ordered a cane for my husband about six weeks ago, I was impressed by all of the information available on the cane but also in other areas. There seems to be an emphasis on the importance of creating products that promote health.
Unfortunately, our cane arrived damaged, as was its box, from shipping. I wrote to your company by email and after no immediate response, a couple of days later I wrote one more time. The next thing I knew, a second cane arrived two days ago. I had sent you a picture of the cane where it was broken as well as the box that showed damage. I appreciated the fact that you responded so quickly in getting another cane to us. In addition, you did not question us or start a chain of back-and-forth emails. My husband has found this cane to be the best cane he has ever used. It is so well planned from the point of view of the user of the cane, taking into consideration many features that other companies do not deal with at all. Not only that, the cane helps my husband's posture which is a problem for medical reasons. No other cane makes it possible for him to stand as straight as he does with your cane. I felt so good when I first tried it. Doing it now every day. Helping my leg and feet swelling a lot just after a week.

This device does have value. I have been using for a week and can start to feel some results. Sleeping better after a few days. Wish it had a better battery won’t last 15 mins on high.

This company states their foot massager provided massage and compression. This is absolutely false and deceptive advertising. It only vibrates in one small area and provides heat if desired. When I contacted the company about this, I was told just tighten the strap, that's how the compression works. There is NO massaging only vibrating. There is a huge difference in the two methods. Also, this is shipped from the UK making their guarantee worthless if you live in the United States because YOU have to pay return shipping. Don't be quick to purchase this product from the Naxir website! Do your research. You can find a much better option on Amazon.
