I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the NayaPay app. I was charged for an international failed transaction, and even after paying the fee once, I was asked to pay again when issuing a new card.
They deducted money from my card, applied penalties, and now they are asking for another fee for the new card. This feels unfair and frustrating. Customers should not be charged repeatedly for the same issue.
I strongly suggest reviewing their fee policies carefully before using this app. My experience has not been satisfactory at all.

If it Had an option to select 0 star i would definitely selected that, This App is shit, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I am a real human writing a real review about them, they have poor policies, like they STOLE AMOUNT from your account without your permission.

Body: Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone,
My NayaPay wallet (0345-1000003) was closed 5-6 months ago without any notice or clear reason. Rs. 75,000 of my legitimate money is still frozen. I've contacted their support (021-111-222-729 many times via calls/emails, but only empty promises—no action.
This is causing serious financial hardship. Under SBP rules, they must safeguard and return customer funds on closure. Filed complaint with SBP CPD too, but waiting for response.
Anyone faced the same? How did you get your funds released? NayaPay team—if seeing this, please help urgently

Actually I started using the app 2 to 3 years ago like in the early days of the app and it was perfoming very well and provided me a free debit card as well and also resolved my dispute as well everything was awesome
BUT I used my debit card on netflix and Youtube for subscriptions and was using the card for these subscriptions for like 2 to 3 months but I didn't had balance last month in my account and they chrged me a penalty fee for unsuccessful transaction I paid hte fee and again in the next month same process repeated I again cleared my outstanding penalties but last time when itk happened and I paid my penatily charges I came to know they Blocked my card permanently and I was very frustated with the situation that how can they block card permanently for the customer who's been using the app for years and I tried to contact customer support but they said we can't do anything so that was only red flag ...

Hidden Charges…

Very disappointing experience with NayaPay’s international card usage. Charges were deducted for multiple failed international transactions even though no transaction was ever successful.
Support claims these are “VISA charges” and that users must bear them, but the help article I was referred to about avoiding failed transactions does not mention any fees at all. The disclosure around these charges is unclear and not upfront.
Despite explaining that no service was delivered and requesting a goodwill reversal, NayaPay refused to refund the amount.
Transparency around fees needs serious improvement. Users should be clearly informed before being charged for failed attempts.

I started using nayapay last year right…

I started using nayapay last year right after my sadapay account got blocked due to failed transaction which i felt was unnecessary as they could just fine me for those instead of blocking my account. It was for better and i wouldn't have tried nayapay if that didn't happen to me, so far my experience good and their customer service has been phenomenal, their app is way better and has more features. It proves that they are customer centric and value our opinion

I had the most absurd experience with this service. My brother lives in UK so he told me to make an account for my mother because she cant make a digital account
When we got the confirmation call my mother gave me to answers the questions because she can't.they started arguing that this is personal information nobody can use it.I told them I am her daughter I made this account for her they never listen and canceled the verification so I called again, now my mother talk to them that I gave her permission,they turnoff call.customer services is so rude. She asked them what is the solution now they just don't listen. Pathetic services and policies.
UPDATE:
The quality@nayapay contacted me and resolved my issue. I am thankful to them for helping me sign in to my mother’s account.

Terrible experience 🤮 I’ve paid thousands in taxes, yet my card has been blocked multiple times. On top of that, I’ve been charged extra fees for verification and renewal. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I am extremely frustrated with your service. My account keeps getting locked every other day, and despite paying for biometric verification twice, it still doesn’t work. I visited Meezan Bank and received no help, tried using the ATM but the issue continued, and now I’m being told to visit the StormFiber office. This constant back-and-forth is unacceptable.

Instead of facilitating customers, the process has become unnecessarily stressful. Once this biometric issue is finally resolved, I am seriously considering closing my account because this experience has been nothing but a headache since the beginning.

Please address this matter urgently.

Unresponsive Support and Unresolved Account Block

I’ve been using this service since 2022 without any issues, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. My account was chain-blocked over a flagged transaction that actually came from my own Sadapay account. Even though Sadapay has already sent a clearance email, and I’ve also provided all the documents requested by Nayapay’s antifraud department, my account is still blocked.

It’s now been over two weeks since I submitted everything, yet I haven’t received any response or update. Customer service only keeps saying to “wait” because banks are communicating, but there’s no real clarity or accountability. For a long-time customer, this level of silence and delay is unacceptable. I’ve now escalated the matter to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and hope they take action.

Worst banking service ever

Worst banking service ever, staff is rude. Customer feedback is not taken into account. They told me to order a new card worth 1800 and it had the same issues. 7/8 transactions failed in a day and HBL/Sadapay/Meezan worked fine on all these transactions. Nayapay doesn’t listen. Please please please never open a nayapay account. Stay away from these scammers.

Email address already in use when I’ve never signed up

I tried to sign up for Nayapay earlier today and I couldn’t register because my email address was already in use.

I’ve never signed up Nayapay so the likelihood of me verifying my own email address is not possible.

And the customer service insists that I have to use another email address, which I won’t because I only use one primary email address for all communication.

Thumbs down big time.
