When plugged in, in an unlit, dark room, it looks nothing like what was pictured. If the picture was a 10, this light shines a 3.

Very uplifting and happy ,also beautifully soft and looks great to snuggle up with. Hope my Daughters feel the same when they receive them.

The picture shows a Quitted blanket…instead they sent a cheap fleece blanket it’s garbage

This entire company is a SCAM! Absolute worst company I’ve ever ordered anything from online. Their website is nothing but click bait; you 100% WILL NOT receive anything even remotely close to what you had originally thought you were ordering from their site. The moment I mentioned attorney and corporate office talk, they blocked my email. “Carmela” was the “person” I was emailing back and forth with. The best she said they could do was refund me $3 for a $30 POS incorrect item I received. Absolutely disgusting people.

I ordered an item for the 4th of July , I did not get it in time but that was not their fault . But the item was NOTHING like the picture , very disappointed.

Product was a disappointment. So was the second one. No return info included, no phone number. Phone number on my Amex bill for you doesn’t work. Company listed for you on Amex bill doesn’t respond…..in fact, it’s a tech company which makes no sense. I have asked amex not to pay for the first one since I can’t reach you….I may do the same for the second one also. BIG SCAM

I have the same complaint as everyone else has, your pictures are so discieving! My husband had me order an American Bald Eagle medal wall plaque, and the pictures all show at least an two foot wing span tip to tip, it so small for 40.00 that it's pathetic! What a waste of money! I will not re-order from your company! And this was my first time ordering😔

I bought "stained Birds on a Branch" ornament, wish I had read these reviews first. What a complete scam. In the pictures they look like stained glass birds that sit in the window and catch the light. What I received was flat printed birds, no glass in sight. When I went back and looked I can see now that they were careful Not to say stained glass but just stained to cover their arses and the materials just say iron which is probably what the base they sit on is made of. I paid £30 for this crap!!!!

Just received what was supposed to be an acrylic key ring but was a plain bit of flat plastic with a blurred picture of a dog. Absolute crap and I paid £20 for this. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE IT'S A CON

DO NOT !! Buy from this site complete rip off save your money its a scam and hassle sending items back to them it cost you to send the items back to them and once they receive the items back they deduct a fee from your refund it cost £20 to send it back

I also got scammed for 17 USD for a little Siamese cat keychain after my dear little cat passed away. 😡 The actual product, basically a photo with clear acrylic plastic coated over the photo, looks nothing like the way they represent it on the website. On the website, it looks like a little statue. What I received is worth about 3 bucks! SCAM! Don't buy from this company!

After being told by this company I would get a full refund after returning the goods at a cost of £30.00, they have informed me this morning I will only get 40% back. They are the worst company I have dealt with in my life. This company should be shut down immediately.

I would not recommend this company for anything. I bought stained glass birds when they turned up they were cheap plastic and even though nberd admitted they were not like the photos on website and I have sent them back at a cost £22 and now been told it will cost a further £7.00. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This business is a fraud. I give 1 star because there is no option for less than that.
They advertised the stained glass ornament, and sent an ugly cheap metal crap with some printed plastic over it.

When I asked for the return address, they sent me an address in Florida, although their shipment came from Mississauga, Ontario in Canada. Just to totally deceive. The actual ornaments are so ugly and bad taste that I would not get them for free. However, when I asked to return them, they already put me on notice that they can’t refund me 100% if the items come back damaged.
All I could get was an email saying they will refund me 40% and let me keep their garbage. It will go in garbage in fact.

Product delivered did not match the advertisement. I expected a 3D, stained glass sculpture. I received a cheap metal stamp with the design printed on it. The return policy is bogus since they will only refund if the product is defective, and the customer must pay return shipping. I'll never buy from them again! 😡

Crooks. Sent different item to one advertised. Refused refund. Stick with Amazon
