We bought a dining set and large corner sofa today 11/04/26. We were helped by a young lad called Aiden who was super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Thanks NCF! Can't wait to eat my dinner off my new table.

I was given space to browse and view all the products without any pressure. When required Aiden was available to answer questions and advise on practicalities. Options were outlined with no hard sell.

I only wish we had read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. Had we done that, we would not find ourselves still waiting (3 weeks delay already). We ordered 2 x 3 seater sofas on 28dec 2025. The following week I was sent an email from Sally insisting I pay a balance of £4! Before they would place our order. Stating we had to pay 50%. We had paid for 1 sofa in full (cash) at time of ordering so this was rubbish. I panicked thinking it was a scam and we went back to the Birmingham store. Turns out it was £43.50 which was 50% of the delivery charge which we had not been advised of at time of ordering. We paid it but was assured by Sydney that this would not cause delays.
Sadly, we realise now she lied. We have had 2 text messages to advise us of delays. Originally it was to be delivered 23rd March. This moved to 06th April and then again to 14th April.
When I tried to track the order I am getting a notice that I no longer have permission to ‘track orders’ seriously?
I have tried calling a number that nobody answers, I’ve repeatedly emailed only to be ignored and tomorrow we are going back to the store to try to find out what the hell is going on.
I am disgusted at such shoddy service. Not from sales staff - they did their job - they secured a sale. But the customer service is non existent. We have started proceedings with a legal team and will be taking this further. I am not being fobbed off anymore.
It is not worth the stress and hassle with nothing to show for it. Had we known that we were dealing with thieves rather than a reputable company we would never have paid a penny and instead would have searched and bought elsewhere.
The 5* reviews are not fake but they are very misleading as they tend to reflect the in store experience only and are pushed by the sales team to be posted before the truth of the shambles becomes evident to the shopper.
The customer service manager Sally was rude and unprofessional (even sarcastic) when issues raised and Aaron is no better. My emails just go ignored.
SERIOUSLY THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY. They push to collect funds but do not deliver. We are out of pocket with nothing to show and no time frame to go by.

I had a wonderful experience at Highgate thanks to Usman. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely interested in helping us find the best furniture for our needs. He never rushed us and answered all our questions with patience. Truly outstanding service!

I visited NCF Highgate to purchase a double bed as my previous one had broke. I was welcomed and greeted by a young man named Usman. He was very friendly and attentive. He showed me around the store and was informative of the products available. I must say this young man had super knowledge that made me feel at ease. I'd definitely recommend NCF to anyone and approach Usman for advice and recommendations.
