Very good and amazing experience
Big shout out to Mr. Lewis at NCF Living (Highgate, Birmingham)! 🛋️ After searching all the big-name stores and finding nothing but long waits and poor service, we found exactly what we needed here. Mr. Lewis was very helpful, explained everything nicely, and got us an amazing deal with delivery in just 2 weeks! Highly recommend this store if you want quality without the 4-month wait.

I had an excellent experience…

I had an excellent experience purchasing my mattress, thanks to TK from Highgate and Sidney. From the moment I walked in, TK was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming with so many options, but TK patiently guided me through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the differences between each choice.
Whenever I felt confused or unsure, he took the time to listen and helped me narrow down the best options based on my needs. He never rushed me and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The level of service I received was truly top-notch. TK’s professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. I highly recommend asking for TK if you’re looking for expert advice and outstanding customer service!

The worst customer service experience ever.

NCF living as a company should not be allowed to operate in the uk. Their whole capitalist agenda is to rip customers off with highest possible prices and lowest overhead costs to themselves. They have absolutely no care for customer service and consumer rights whatsoever. They are incessant liars and are constantly updating their small print, of which there are pages and pages, covering themselves for all of their corrupt and unscrupulous practices. I purchased a display unit in their store and was not given a printed invoice, which has their terms and conditions and neither was l sent an email version, l was just handed a furniture care plan. I was told categorically by the salesman that the item would be delivered to room of choice, assembled and packaging taken away. I saw the exact same unit in another store l visited on the same day when shopping for a sofa, for significantly cheaper and when l checked online that evening it was £300 cheaper in multiple stores eg Hopo Furniture sell the Logan Fumed oak display for £599 and their delivery charges are cheaper too. Had l a copy of the printed invoice l would have cancelled the same day, as it stated they only do same day cancellations, but l went the next morning within 24 hours and after printing me the invoice was told to contact customer service the following day, as they were closed over the weekend. I told the store to cancel the order because it would not even have been processed over the weekend, but the store said their hands were tied and ncf store staff have no jurisdiction in doing this, in fact they are not even allowed to contact head office and the customer must deal with the issue. Long story short, l finally got through to head office the following day, but they were going to charge me 25% cancellation of the item even though the delivery date was more than two weeks away and they most likely hadn't even processed the order. The manager on the phone was curt and unrelenting and had been told by the store l had gone in several days later, but she was caught out because the purchase date was only two days prior to the phonecall! I was told to put my complaint in writing and l did several times but haven't heard anything back. I rang again and explained that instead of cancelling, could they honour the price found in other stores and they said they'll get back to me, but predictablly haven't. To add salt to injury the item was delivered two days ago and the drivers said that they had not been instructed to assemble. So l have a completely flat packed set of wooden planks with 89 different knuts and bolts and have to now pay someone to assemble as well as find a way to dispose of the monstrous boxes!
Please boycott this company, they dont deserve to capitalise on customers' honest hard earned cash. If someone from NCF does get back to me and price matches, I'm happy to detract my review, otherwise l will have be true to my experience of them. Ref (NGOM10829)

We were looked after by Seun

We were looked after by Seun at the Highgate branch and he was amazing. He kept us informed on all the products we were looking at. He gave us the information required but then walked away and let us have a conversations without pressure. Highly recommend NCF and the staff were lovely and very attentive.
