Unable to find a no star option.Paid…

Unable to find a no star option.Paid cash on day of ordering Tokyo suite on 13/4/2026. Suite deliverd in seperate boxes and installed by delivery men. One of my chairs had brackets missing to connect chair back. They cpntacted offoce immediately to tell them parts missing. I am still waiting for parts and Sally H, pnly contact I have because branch in Hull I boight from sold by actual manager, foes allegedly not have any contact number and branch stated they cannot contact had office either. Lies. Many emails recorded to Sally H with more lies about airfreighting part which takes up to max 7 days. 9 working days later, still no part or update. Asked for refund and Sally H days my contract states they have right to repair first. Repair a brand new suite?? Now 16/5/26 , nothing. Going to pay visit to head office.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. My elderly father ordered 2 grey chest of drawers in December to a value of nearly £1000. The wrong items were delivered and despite lots of going backwards and forwards asking for the right items they are refusing to refund. Do not purchase from them
