We have had 5 weeks of chaos due to…

We have had 5 weeks of chaos due to still having no bed to sleep on. How a company can leave a person with rheumatoid arthritis without a bed for 5 weeks and still have no delivery date for them is beyond me. We have requested a refund which we have been told won’t be processed until the bed base has been picked up . . . We’ll see what the legal advice is on that. Let’s be clear, we have handed over a lot of money for what is a third of a bed. I WILL be getting my money back!! Utterly appalling company!!
NCF have delivered a dysfunctional product. A bed with no mattress is not functional. Under the consumer rights act, 2015 we are entitled to an immediate and full refund! Writing response that tells me I can have my money once the base is collected is not good enough. I need my refund to buy a bed because NCF have left us without one. My refund needs to be processed immediately.
