Purchased a sofa via NCF
Purchased a sofa via NCF , the staff were very helpful in the store, I was told the sofas had warranty for up to 1 year for any damages etc,unfortunately before the year was up on the front off one off the recliners the fabric went very bumpy as if the fabric had loosen, I contacted NCF with pictures and videos series batch numbers, then to be told I would have to pay further to get someone out to inspect it, bearing in mind the sofa was still under a year old and on warranty, absolutely useless, I would not recommend this company as after care terrible!!!!!!

Margarita was amazing
Margarita was amazing. Very helpful and wasn’t pushy. She answered all our questions and listened to our needs ensuring we made the right choice.
It was refreshing that such a place had extremely friendly staff and made you feel like a person and not a number or just a sale. We have ended up buying a 3 and 2 seater sofa and can’t wait for it to come.
We will definitely recommend our friends and family to come to NCF
