I am completely disappointed with the service. At first I thought this was a great company. The held on to my furniture. However now that I’m ready for delivery I can’t get hold of anyone. I attempted a phone call but it repeatedly says no one is available to take a call. So email was sent. I then received a text asking to respond with order number and yes if I was ready to receive. I responded. But still haven’t received a delivery date. Have since sent multiple emails attempted numerous phone call. All have gone unanswered. I checked the tracking information yesterday for it to now say it’s been delivered. Delivered where? I wasn’t there to receive any furniture. Didn’t know delivery was being attempted. Who has my dining set? Was a signature taken for receipt or a photo taken? Would like to see proof of delivery. Would never use this company again. Terrible customer service. Can get hold of anyone now they have my money

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a £2500 sofa from this firm and after 12 weeks it had developed a hole in the seat of the single chair.
Tried to contact them as their outlet had been closed in Northampton following a fire so all on email.
Sent them photos of the fault and they say it is not a manufacturing fault.
This is the third time of trying to get this replaced under the warranty and they are now saying that we can get a report from a professional upholsterer and if they confirm this i a manufacturing fault then they may look at it.
To anybody who is thinking of buying anything from this shower then just DONT GET INVOLVED you will regret it in the long run

order NAOM1038 , which was delivered on 5th March 2025.

Very very disappointed with the…

Very very disappointed with the service. We had placed our order for 4 seater sofa in May 2025 and only received it in July 19th 2025. When the sofa arrived it couldn’t fit through the door so had to return it. We would be expecting to wait for further 4-6 weeks!!!!
Very disappointed.

Mo is awesome

Mo is awesome, gave us space to browse and was very helpful giving us useful info. Such a helpful guy, would definitely buy from here again. Nice affordable selection of beds too.

Worth every penny

I have fibromyalgia and the staff member Joe was so accommodating and helped me find the right mattress and sofa that suits my disability, without making me feel disabled, and the coffee was lovely. Very good on value for quality products, stress free shopping experience, highly recommend
