This company have been excellent. I cant recommend them enough. From the initial meeting explaining what I wanted, to specifying a bespoke weir and specific drilling instructions they were happy to help. The whole process was friendly and professional and I now have my perfect aquarium, just how I wanted it.

I was dreading taking delivery of my 8 foot tank. 6 people to help lift, steps into the house, tight turns, heavy aquarium, etc all had me worried for weeks. but on the day, Dom had it all figured out, it took less that 10 mins to get it from the lorry to its final position without any issues, these guys know their stuff.

Even after delivery, they are on hand to assist with questions, no matter how trivial, a great customer service

Do not trust this business to make what they say they will and expect them to put it right.

Shocking service after spending north of £550 with them. Oh in case they say I did not buy from them please see the mail trail below.

By the way I did not contact them as they said, as can be seen earlier, they would contact me to arrange🤦‍♂️.
Since this they have refused to fix or pay £60 for a chippy.

Door fell off after no more than a few uses and not helped that it came attached causing stress in transport.
The hinges were held on by the small cabinet screw that are usually for fixing the hinges to the door, not the side of a cabinet.

6. The lamp support was not finished at both ends so we had to fit it with the long part over the table and as it has no support for the angle 90 degrees has started to droop.

Can someone come to drill and fit as they should be or do we have to reject with your credit card company based on the distance selling regulations?
Yes I know I should deal directly with the retailer but I feel sorry for them given it’s all be caused by ND aquatics

Great communication, as always the product is really good. Andrew understood all my specific asks, and the team were excellent delivering and helping get the tank in. I will be ordering my 3rd ND tank in 2026.

Fantastic fish tank and everyone from the company was so helpful from order, to alterations to delivery.

After being let down by another supplier from eBay, ND stepped in and supplied a tank exactly to the specs I'd requested. Andrew and the team have been great to deal with, the tank looks very good quality and i'd not hesitate to use them again.

We’re were really impressed with both the friendly and professional service received by NDAquatics. The fish tank was delivered and expertly lifted in. We have been really impressed with the standard the tank and lid has been finished. We would recommend this company to anyone requiring a fish tank

After meeting Andrew and discussing my requirement 96"x30"x30" with a 60" sump and stand my mind was put completely at rest. One of my concerns was that everything had to go through a window but my concerns were unfounded, just be guided by the delivery driver Andrew had said and of course everything went smoothly. Andrew and his team have done an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Very reliable company with great knowledge, exceptional service and value for money.

Very Disappointed – Wouldn’t Recommend to anyone!

I ordered from ND Aquatics expecting a high-quality tank and decent customer service, but unfortunately my experience was far from it. The communication was slow and unhelpful, and I often had to chase for updates. Delivery took much longer than promised, and when the tank finally arrived, there were several quality issues – poor finishing on the silicone work and scratches on the glass.

When I raised these concerns, the after-sales support was dismissive and made me feel like I was being a nuisance rather than a paying customer. For the amount I spent, I expected much better workmanship and service. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d suggest others look elsewhere for a more reliable supplier.

We ordered a stand and pelmet hood for our existing 55" x 24" x 18" tank. From start to finish Andrew was extremely helpful .We live in Nottingham and were not able to visit but after taking it over with Andrew on the phone, got exactly what we wanted. The stand was a pallet delivery to Nottingham and arrived in the best packing I've ever seen. The tank fitted the stand exactly and was of good quality. We would highly recommend ND Aquatics

From the outset, dealing with Andrew from ND Aquatics has been a pleasure. I was recommended to them from others on my Facebook page and I wasn’t disappointed.

I had an idea of what I wanted but didn’t know the best way to go about it. Andrew was extremely helpful and guided me through the pros and cons.

Nothing was too much to ask and Andrew always made a point of ringing you to discuss things instead of keep emailing. Great customer service throughout and to top things off, my fishtank arrived ahead of schedule.

I can sincerely recommend ND Aquatics and will use them again in the future!

I was very happy with my experience from the communication to the delivery of the fish tank and unit l had and even the help I had from the delivery driver who let me use his trolley.The quality of the unit was brilliant and and the tank build too there was no bubbles in any of my glass all so the silcone joints was very good no leaks what so ever I was even told that the tank would have a sticker on it telling me when I could fill it so I did what it said fo no problems also the size of the tank and unit I had the price was very good 5 stars Delroy

Have had four tanks from ND now and will order again whenever we need a custom tank building. Very happy with the builds and communication around delivery.

From the moment I visited the ND showroom to the time the tank was delivered the process was seamless. Everything with the options available was explained in detail with no sales pressure at all so I could make my own mind up as to what I wanted and needed, nothing was too much trouble. Delivery driver helped to site the tank too! Excellent company to deal with and a great product!

I complete forgot to write a review, nd made my tank last year in June. We’re super quick on it came and done the onsite build and it’s still going strong to this day no issues! Will always use nd for my tanks👌👌

i have to agree with another customer on this review i have never delt with a more helpful company like this in years .i spoke to Andrew who was so professional

i live in Lincolnshire so the ND Aquatic's were quite a distance but i am so pleased i used them and would gladly recommend them to anybody Thankyou Andrew and Dom

I wanted a custom built corner tank with 3 sided front.
I first called 1 custom tank company and they said they were not interested.
But they did refer me to ND aquatics.
It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew.
Unfortunately construction was not as easy as originally thought and took a
While. Also as I live in guernsey shipping and carriage also had to be taken into the equation.
I have never minded waiting for things in life, and the tank when It arrived was
Worth the wait. The craftsmanship was of the highest quality and the tank was stunning.
Andrew as a marine man himself was also very happy to give me advice on
Setup etc.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use ND aquatics again.

I’ve been looking at a bigger tank for months and always held off on buying one as I couldn’t find what I wanted.. until I came across ND aquatics and everything fell into place nicely! Andrew couldn’t have been any better in terms of what I was wanting and what was available! The tank and cabinet came within a couple weeks and the tank couldn’t look any nicer! If anyone is after a custom tank then definitely look no further these guys are top quality and the after sales cars is outstanding! Cannot fault them one bit!

You have looked at the rest !!! now buy form the best andrew and the guys at nd aquatics ❤️ I ordered two 36x24x18 all glass aquariums and from start to delivery i was 1000% happy I am a fussy customer and after close inspection i can normally find something not to be happy I couldn't find anything to be unhappy with everything was top notch attention to detail was out for this world 👍 I am so pleased I will go straight back to nd aquatics for aquarium no 3 wonce again thank you two andrew and all the guys at nd aquatics ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ last but not least wish a could give them more than five stars 💖
