Bought Neff Slide & Hide oven Nov 2022. All okay until inside of glass door needed cleaning. Very difficult to remove, basically held by a plastic lug either side which slots into a plastic holder, the sliding tension bar puts undue stress on the plastic coupling and is a very bad design fault. Door literally came off in my hand shortly after. Lug on one side replaced with new springs. March 2024 and the lug on the other side is now broken. All repairs at my cost. Neff do not admit to a problem. Door cannot be replaced by a conventional door. DO NOT BUY.

Te dejan esperando más de un mes y medio (por el momento) sin un repuesto para un electrodoméstico imprescindible. No llaman, no informan de nada, no ofrecen ningún tipo de solución. Última vez que compro un electrodoméstico Neff.

Neff hide n slide oven. Oven door very poor quality, hinges Broke before xmas 23, repaired.
Feb 24 plate that holds inner glass came unglued, oven out of action again awaiting repair.
I bought what I though was a good quality product well over £1000, very disappointed with build quality and durability.

Steer clear of their ovens with sliding doors. Bad design! rather than a glass sealed unit you have to take the door off and a couple of glass panels to clear in between the glass as liquid and dirt gets through. Only had my cooker a couple of months and having to clean in between the glass! this whole process is extremely difficult and time consuming. I have looked at the instructions several times and it’s a lot to do, using screw drivers etc! I do not know where to start! What happens if I drop it or do it wrong, could be a disaster.

Stay away from NEFF ovens with sliding doors. The door is extremely unreliable and prone to break-downs. We just ended up spending 400 pounds to repair the door. The engineer that helped us admitted that faulty doors are extremely common with NEFF.

I ordered a grill for Nef oven model 00771772. This was ordered 26/9/23. My order was takn by Nigel. An e-mail was then sent by Neff to confirm the order. The address was incorrect. I had sent e-mail to Neff thre times pointing out the corect address. Since I never heard from Neff over two weeks later I phoned customer service and spke to Nigel again. He told me that the order had been sent to decadent antiques and sent there ten das ago. This was news to me as I was under the impression it would be deliverd to our home address. Nigel then told me that I should phone UPS delivery company and gave me the time that the grill had been delivered. Time of delivery was 2:18pm 18th Oct. This was a half hour before I went to collect it but the owner had no knowledge of the package. I cannot believe that as a customer we are exspected to jump through hoops when things go wrong.

Una verguenza el servio tecnico en Barcelona, llevo un mes reclamando por un servicio que pague y no funcionó, sin resultados NO MERECE LA PENA COMPRAR NEFF por el mal servicio post venta. No responden por la web, y en el telefono siempre hy un disco.

Ich habe einen Neff Einbaubackofen BCR2522N Back and hide mit versenkbare Tür und das Reinigen der 4 Tür Glasscheiben zwischen räume ist möglich nur durch einen Fachmann. Ich kann mir das Luxus nicht leisten also diese Tür schaut ziemlich schmutzig obwohl das Backofen sauber ist. Es ist ziemlich deprimierend das Neff nur an teuere Geräte zu verkaufen denkt, jedoch nich ob der Kunde diese reinigen kann. Der Kunde zu betreuen tut auch nicht - keine Antwort beim Kundendienst. Ich kaufe niemals mehr Neff Geräte!

We love our NEFF fridge frezzer, cooker and hob, but, we struggle to set the cooling down fan on the oven,

After cooking two jacket potatoes, the fan remains on for as long as it takes to bake the jackets.

The factory setting is on maximum and according to the tech manual you can change to a short fan cool down.

After several tries and emails to tech support, I've given up as the outcome each time is to impose the child lock and make no difference to the cool down time.

The only way we can overcome this is to turn to cooker off at the mains, this means the clock is wrong each time, but, it is better than having a noisy fan on for long periods and wasting electricity!

Has anyone had this happen to them or is is just me?

The unit is ony 15 months old.

Any help willingly accepted.

Purchased my integrated microwave only in December. Shortly after I got an e3 fault. Couldn’t open the door. Followed their instructions and it cleared. Now 4 months later same fault which won’t clear. Expensive piece of kit to fail after only 4 months

what an experience my mother purchased a electric cooker from. ali al retailer had it delivered and putin by neff engineer. started to use it smoked uo the whole kitchen steam every were went back to retailer there send an engineer out 3 faults and insulation in motor unusable the oven is 5 weeks old went back for a refund said coukdnt have one have to have a repair iam so annoyed. pensioner safes hard can’t get through to neff we want a new cooker not a unreasonable thing to ask after the experience we have just had retailer said have it fixed we don’t want that we want a new cooker can someone from neff please get in contact terrible after care consumer rights were are they these days

Schlechter NEFF Kundenservice mit Abzock Falle

Neff verkauft optisch schöne und Hochpreisige Geräte. Leider habe ich bereits nach 6 Monaten einen Fehlercode angezeigt bekommen und es ging nichts mehr. Der Kundenservice konnte angeblich telefonisch nicht weiterhelfen und schickte ein Techniker. 5 Minuten Arbeit kosteten 99€ für eine Sache die man mir auch am Telefon sagen könnte. Aber mit dieser Abzock Masche kann man nochmal gut Geld verdienen. Ich kann nur abraten von Neff Geräten und werde selber nun nach und nach umsteigen auf eine Marke die noch den Service Gedanken lebt.
