Attrocious Service
Ordered items for my daughters stocking stuffers on December 7th via the Shop App, upgraded shipping to USPS Priority. 10 days went by, no shipping notification so sent an email on December 17th asking if they planned on ever shipping. The individual who answered stated some blurb about being swamped with orders. That's fine, I'm an understanding person when it comes to delays and backlogs, what I am not understanding of is a complete lack of communication, and the initiative of a business to communicate delays out of fear of cancelled/lost orders. I replied back asking for a guarantee that the items will arrive before Christmas or I will need to cancel my order or, if they refuse to cancel, process a fraud claim via my bank. They replied that the package would definitely be here before Christmas, and their shipping info is posted on their website. That very well could be, but one place it isn't posted is the Shop App. December 18th, the items finally ship, but clearly not via USPS Priority Mail as it's now the 21st and this package is still in Florida. So, this package is clearly not going to get here in time for Christmas, and while this isn't going to ruin Christmas for my daughter, it will keep me from ordering for her, or allowing her to order using her chore/allowance money, anything further from this store. Enjoy it Nekoyanin, your poor service is going to cost you your business.
