Didn’t receive the item after 5 weeks chasing. Given 2 dates that were unfulfilled. Got a refund.

Poor Quality
Had to chase and when it came was pretty disappointed - poor quality and glue all over the place - certainly wont be using again and wouldn’t recommend.

The sign was delivered to us within 3 days as we had an urgent requirement and all other brands could only deliver in three weeks! Amazing quality and even better customer support :)

Perfect from start to finish
Perfect from start to finish. The custom sign we ordered was re-confirmed with a final mock up which made us very assured. The sign was received beautifully and packed with an mdf board for extra protection. We can highly recommend them

Love the new light
After starting as a poor experience, a management team member finally picked up my complaint and dealt with the issues perfectly. The light was returned, and a new, much better quality light was produced within a few days and sent out next day delivery. Very happy with the final light and appreciate their hard work in rectifying the initial issues.
Note for Neon Pop; In future, please make sure complaints are being passed on to the correct person, so customers like myself are not left chasing. If you advertise mounting kits at extra cost, please make sure all mounting points are pre-drilled; I had to drill these myself.
