Really quick delivery, good quality material and bit different style to you everyday retail shops, my only thing I would say is, I brought a size 10 wide legged trousers which fitted my waist but very long in the length, I'm 5.3inch so I have had to take them to a tailor to get them taken up, perhaps the designers could focus a bit more on different heights of ladies, but otherwise would highly recommend.

Hit or miss. The Dobby dresses are so cute but it's a 50% chance if you get one with a working zip or not. When replaced, the button loops fell off the first time I wore them. Even Shein is better quality...

I bought a dress and requested an exchange for one without a broken zip. Neon Rose instead refunded the purchase without comment.

Then I repurchased the same style of dress in the hope that I would be sent one without a fault. I was sent a dress with the exact same issue - likely the exact same dress!

No quality control and poor customer service.

I really love Neon Rose Store! Their outfits are so much my style! The designs are cute and the prices are affordable (with lots of discounts). However, my slight complaint is that the sizings are not always accurate. Sometimes my normal size becomes oversized or too tight in their sizing. And once I got a lovely dress that is super loose around the bust. Still, this only happens < 10% of my purchases and I would buy from them again.

Always fast delivery and products are fab!

I ordered a blouse in my usual size and it was so small I couldn’t fit it over my head without some serious effort. Once it was on, it was far too tight over my bust and looked ridiculous. The material was thin and cheap.
I returned it straight away.

I also ordered a dress. The fit wasn’t great, baggy and awkward around the shoulders. Irritatingly, the zip would not close when I put it on. The dress was definitely not too small for me. It seems that the way the zip was constructed meant it only closed when the dress was lying flat - there wasn’t enough ‘give’ for it to close around contours.
Material still felt flimsy and prone to tearing.

All in all, would not recommend - poor quality and design.

I bought three dresses all in the same size. They all fitted totally differently when I got them. One was at least two sizes too small, one was really short in the body but really baggy around the armpits and shoulders - weirdly so, and the last was extra big. It was an absolute mess and I won’t be buying from there again. I sent back two and kept the XL one. I don’t recommend them, especially if you are more than a size uk 12 because there’s no guarantee what you have got will fit you.

All my order arrived, which was good. However, my jeans were missing a back pocket and the craftsmanship could be better.
