George is so incredibly Wondeful to deal with, down you proofs of what fonts you’ve chosen and if you’re happy with it. I went on to tell George that it was for our wedding and he then double checked when our wedding was the make sure it was going to be ready in time. Will absolutely go above and beyond for you. If I ever need neons again, I will be coming back!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered my sign as a gift with limited time before I needed it and these guys made sure I got in time! Great price aswell, I was quoted almost twice what these guys made my sign for I cant recommend them enough!

UPDATE: They’ve responded below saying they’ll reach out and they haven’t. Don’t be fooled by the response.
If you guys have actually followed through with your response then I would actually have been very impressed and happy.
I sent a video through of exactly what I was looking for and was assured straight away it could be done.
I paid the $1200 invoice immediately ($100 was discounted from online ordering app) and that was it.
3 weeks go by and I send an email to check in only to get a response that very much seems as though it hadn’t been started yet.
Then a week after the item was expected to arrive, I get sent a video and the item had a plastic black encasing which shouldn’t have been there. The contact did point this out but as it was already 5 weeks at this point and I needed the item to be delivered for what was a now belated birthday gift.
The sign arrived and whilst I understand it’s a difficult and detailed design, there are some pretty basic problems with it.
The plastic black casing, that wasn’t supposed to be there, wasn’t fixed to the sign properly so there are pieces of it that are sticking out and the glass mirroring has multiple noticeable blemishes (large lines / scratches / finger prints) on the inside of the display, so I can’t even try to clean them up, the lighting quality looks cheap and was exactly what I was worried would happen.
Overall I am pretty disappointed and it seems obvious that the item wasn’t made with much care, cheap products were used and the item seems to have been rushed (potentially because 3 weeks in and I got a question about the design again after I had to reach out) causing the noticeable issues adding to its now somewhat cheap look.
The lighting I tried to be as specific as I could only to find out once again that weeks after ordering and paying, the lighting would not look the way I wanted it. Exactly what I didn’t want to happen happened where the lighting looked cheap due to what I can only imagine is using poor materials.
From sending a video clearly showing and describing exactly what I wanted to finding out after it’s been made, later than it should have been, that it’s not what I’d sent and after paying $1200 for it, am pretty disappointed.
Will sadly not order from here again and wish I had gotten it from elsewhere.

This falls far short of the quality and service standards we aim to provide, and we understand completely why you are disappointed and feel that the item was not made with the care it deserves.
We want to address the issues you've raised directly:
Communication & Timeline: We sincerely apologize for the initial assurance followed by the significant delay and the lack of proactive communication. It is unacceptable that you had to follow up after three weeks and that the project seemed unstarted at that point, causing the gift to be belated.
Product Defects & Quality: We are very concerned about the issues with the plastic black casing being loose, the multiple noticeable blemishes/scratches on the inner mirrored glass, and your dissatisfaction with the lighting quality. When a customer pays $1200 for a custom piece, the quality must be exceptional, not "cheap."
Design & Rushing: We regret that, despite sending a detailed video, the final product did not meet your expectations, and the subsequent rush to complete the order appears to have compromised the build quality.
We are committed to making this right.
We would like to immediately investigate this specific order to understand where the breakdown occurred and prevent it from happening again. More importantly, we want to offer a satisfactory resolution for you.
We will be reaching out to you directly via the email address associated with your order within the next business day to discuss options, which will include offering a complete repair, a full replacement of the sign that meets your original design specifications, or a refund.

Absolutely amazing service! George is the staff I have been dealing with for a couple of years now, he is incredibly responsive, he replies to messages within minutes, sends artwork for approval almost instantly, and provides a quick, easy payment link.
