Ordered 200g of piracetam after seeing…
Ordered 200g of piracetam after seeing a few good reviews. What I received a few days later is definitely not piracetam, it has a very sour taste and is not as soluble. I contacted Neopowders support twice about this and asked for a certificate of authority. A week later I have heard nothing. This is an extremely untrustworthy company and I recommend avoiding them at all costs. All of the products listed on their site show an obviously fake testing certificate and I am doubtful that anything they sell is the substance they advertise it as. My guess is that they have faked most of the positive reviews on here

As per our email, please see below. All our products are of very good quality and this is the first time for 4 years when we receive such a review. We replied 3 days after you sent your email because it was in our spam folder and it was Christmas.
You cannot fake Trustpilot reviews, you can contact them yourself and they will tell you why.
We not only offered you a refund, but to send you a sample of a new batch and then if you like it we will send you the same product amount for free.
I think this resolves the query.
"Hi,
Your email was in our spam folder for some reason. All products are of very good quality and are tested by a third party lab. I don't know what caused the sour taste, it may have been a mix of two different batches, however we offer 30 day guarantee on all orders. Please provide us with sort code and account number and we will issue a refund.
We will then wait to receive a new batch of Piracetam and send you a sample. If you like it we will resend you 200g for free.

What can I say...?
An amazing company to deal with. I've never placed an order with any issues. One time there was a small stock issue with one item. Apologies were made and I was asked if I wanted the item refunded or to wait a couple of weeks. I said I'd wait, and hey presto, 2 weeks later, I get a delivery confirmation. No need to badger or remind... all handled extremely professionally.
As for the quality of the products... second to none. I think in the last 6 months I've purchased almost half their catalogue to help different people with different issues. Even basic things like Rhodiola Rosea are 100x better than the capsules offered on Amazon. The Alpha GPC was so pure that the severely hygroscopic nature of the product caught me off guard! As for some of the other products... simply staggering vs similar bought from elsewhere.
I've had multiple email exchanges with one guy there in particular, and he has always been honest and helpful. Couldn't recommend highly enough

This never arrived. Either it was never sent or it bounced back to them and they said nothing. If it ever arrives I will adjust the review.
Edit- your reply is SO rude. PERHAPS get some training in customer service! Poor mental health.

How and what do you expect us to offer?! We have a tracking option at checkout and it costs €8.99. No one has ever missed that option as long as they have read our Delivery Information page and care for their purchase. If you can't afford to make an order over €55 you cannot have any pretence about the above service and you can't blame the trader for your Customs problems.
WE ABSOLUTELY DONT CARE WHETHER YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR REVIEW! THAT DOESN'T MAKE YOU A BRAVE AND RESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER WHO WILL LOOK FOR THEIR PARCEL OR ASK FOR A COMPROMISE SOLUTION!
There were at least two things that you could have done.
- Contact Swedish Customs/Posts and enquire for your parcel.
- Contact us and ask what can be arranged and in most cases we would be happy to sort something out which satisfies both sides even though we have it in our T&C that we are not responsible for third party delays. We are also happy to provide proof of postage.
AGAIN YOU CAN PISS OFF AND YOU WILL GET NOTHING!

What comes around goes around - you come here straight away writing bad reviews instead of contacting us to arrange a mutually beneficial solution - idiotic move, thinking it will resolve your case (not sure if you have actually received or not).
Telling an idiot that they are idiots takes a lot of mental health and personality. Opening own business take heart and strong mental health. Dealing with wankers like you that cannot afford to buy tracking is annoying and I CAN AFFORD to be blunt with you because I really don't care how you feel and what reviews do you write. Excellent customer service and stealthy shipping. Ships same day, but our Norwegian postal service takes like 10 days to deliver. 1,5 - 2 days and it's shipped from the UK, 10 days after arrival in Norway it's ready for pickup at my local postal office.
