Won a lot of cards here and actually gotten them to my house. Really amazing staff always helping you out and many ways to win cards for free, I have gotten most of my cards from workshop earnings and giveaways. Definitely recommend it. 5 stars

I've used several sites for ripping digital packs for real cards and Neovault is tops for me so far. Regularly introducing new features on top of great transparency (this is my #1 for these sites) has been wonderful. The site is the best site of its kind. The user experience is fantastic, the site runs well with no lag. The constant presence of the site ownership and admin team are amazing to have. The community is all positive people, who want other to hit well and successfully get their chases. If you're hunting any Pokemon or OnePiece TCG, this is the greatest place to be. Shipping has gotten slower as the site grows, but even then, it's still faster than every other site I've been on. NeoVault isn't just a place to gamble for cards, it's a community of folks who hangout and wish the best for other

The community has been awesome! I’ve used many different sites and this one just has a different and more authentic feel to it. The owners and moderators are good people who just want to see you win. They always get back to your tickets in discord super quickly also. Shipping does take a little while but that’s because they truly try to find the best copies for you. They are always adding extra gem rains and things of that nature too! Overall it’s been a really good experience.

Active staff always ready to tackle any issue, and constantly updating and improving the site. Shipping is not bad. I've had some items delivered within the week of withdraw. Awesome community is the highlight, always there to give advice or laughs. It's fun no matter your level of involvement. All in all pretty much the most well refined site out there.

Neovault has become the best trading card site! The devs are constantly involved in chat, hear out the users thoughts, and implement changes based on our preferences. They also have an expansive inventory, so you can chase all of the grails from pokemon and one piece!

Fun gameplay, provably fair and the site is constantly evolving and introducing new features and game types. Absolute standout community - creators are fantastic, and the staff love getting involved too - always a great time whether you are playing, watching or just chatting.

Neo vault is the only site I play on anymore, I used to play at a bunch of different sites but after I became part of the Neo vault community I don’t like any of the other sites because they don’t don’t even come close in comparison.
Neo vault blows all the other sites out of the water hands down.
Thank you for giving me a place I can go and feel like I’m part of something where they treat everyone decent and help each other out when needed.

Top Of the Line Site Mods are always on and doing fun things for the chat and they have alot of really good streams too i have alot of fun here

I love this site. The community is great to one another, its fair as far as the gamba goes, whereas other sites are much more difficult to win on. They source great quality cards, and the people who run it are very hospitable. If you like spinning for cards, this is the site to do it on.

Pros... community is amazing mods and other leaders in their respective positions are great always working to improve the community engaging rewards and challenges to keep community active

Cons... the ability to make any card/item you want a gold. Sometimes it seems the bots seem to have a cheat code to win more often than not but its not obvious just can be frustrating

My experience with NeoVault has been amazing, the community is very friendly and helpful when navigating the site, the developers are quick to respond to the needs of the users and has been an overall wonderful experience since the creation of the site.

Some of the mods are decent some pick and choose who they hammer but the site is none other than the best out here fig is amazing and the community backs us with special rains even a 🍪 approves the only thing I hope they add in the future is sports to win packs and hobby boxes
