Nest at Number 20 Avis 

We purchased a bespoke TV unit from Nest. The piece is exactly what I had in mind for the room and the build quality is excellent. I was quoted some crazy prices for a built in media wall and this one was just a fraction of these quoted prices, yet we do not feel like we have had to compromise on quality. As we specced our unit it is floor to ceiling giving the ‘built in’ effect and the bonus is that we could take it with us if we ever move. The unit took about 4 months to hand make but it has been well worth the wait. Thank you Amy and team.

We purchased the Radwell 7ft TV unit made to measure to fit our TV.
It is an excellent media Unit & very well priced in comparison to others that you have to hope your TV fits into, it was delivered quickly & efficiently.
All round an excellent service.

We ordered a custom made 7ft TV unit. Amy was very supportive and helpful throughout the process, giving us creative control but also offering design suggestions (such as soft-close drawers) and working to accommodate our size requirements. She also helpfully suggested that we consider the dimensions carefully in light of our living situation and the unit needing to be transported through corridors and up a lift, after which we did reduce the size slightly. We did need to pay an additional charge for paint despite being informed earlier that we could choose any colour from the F&B range, though this charge was small in the scheme of things.

We were very fortunate to get the TV unit with a very quick turnaround due to the delivery team already delivering within our area. The unit we received was as we designed and looked great. The couriers were very helpful and went above and beyond getting the unit into our flat, given the tight fit on the route from the truck to our desired location.

When the TV unit arrived, we had to “install” the shelving. We found that the existing drilled holes in the unit were not large enough for the shelving pegs but we were able to get around this by re-drilling through the existing holes or using a hammer to insert the shelving pegs. We noticed a few paint scuffs on the unit around the corners and on one of the door-knobs, but it was a very tight fit getting the unit into the lift for our flat so these scuffs may well have arisen as part rather than during the production.

Ordered a tv unit and asked for a cupboard to be made to my spec. I like the fact you can choose your colour from the chart. My furniture is well made and solid and I’m really pleased with them. Also the delivery men were great too. I’d definitely order again. Furniture made to last!

Fantastic experience and product. Much of what I wanted was bespoke and I had a lot of communication with Amy before buying. I scoured the internet for a company that did bespoke tv/media units with bifold doors and most of the quotes I got were multiples of what Nest charged. Now I have received the product, I can confirm that the quality of the product is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Really please with my new sideboard From Nest at number 20, it looks amazing just what I wanted, the colour was a perfect match to my kitchen units, great quality and craftsmanship. Great service from Amy and the courier who carried the sideboard in and placed it where I wanted it. I am just about to order the welsh dresser to go with the side board, can't wait to get this !

Great range of products that are very well made with the additional benefit of ability to make bespoke changes to the specifications. This is an excellent option that convinced us that, after much searching the market, Nest at Number 20 was definitely the right company for our project. We needed a media unit which could accommodate a protruding skirting that masked some pipework. Amy was able to offer suggestions that made the finished article fit perfectly. We would thoroughly recommend them and would certainly use them again for future projects.

My wife and I ordered the 10 foot dresser and we couldn't be happier. It looks stunning, it was made exactly to our specifications and it is an excellent statement piece to have in a room. Highly recommend!

So happy with our media unit, which we had made to a custom size. Excellent quality and really well finished. Obviously had to wait the specified lead time but we were aware of this up front. Great communication with Amy and the delivery company.

Extremely happy with the service and the cabinet is so well made I can’t believe how beautiful it is! You are able to get the measurements you want that work for you and you can also ask for other specific details you want such as how many cupboards at the bottom, holes at the backs of all the cupboards etc and they were happy to do it. Even the delivery driver was lovely and super helpful! Will 100% recommend to anyone needing a cabinet.

Top quality product. I am so pleased with my tv unit, it’s exceeded expectation. The quality of the craftsmanship, materials and finish is perfect. I had the unit made bespoke to fit my lounge and questions were answered promptly by Amy in order to design what I needed. The dimensions were given and it all fits perfectly.
