Very very long wait times on deliveries. The quality of the items is not good at all. Would not recommend.

Ordered a cat litter scoop. Still waiting almost a month for it. Now I read from another review that someone ordered it and the product that came wasn't like the one that was advertised. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I purchased it.

I paid for a cat toy from this company over a month ago. I still haven’t received it. First the address was wrong and it couldn’t be delivered. Then I received notice it was delivered to my mailbox. I checked with the post office twice and they didn’t have that tracking number provided. I have contacted the company by email 3 X’s and get the same ridiculous lie. My advice to anyone do not trust this company. If I could give them a minus 10 I would. They’re thieves. Please report them to the FTC because that’s what I’m doing.

I ordered cat toy….took 3 weeks to get it…shipped from China…did not work..toy wouldn’t charge..to get refund I have to ship back to China…warning do not order this was a ad on Facebook

I never received my order. My credit was charged $30.89.
How can I get my refund?

Took my money but still not arrived after 3 weeks !

Very over-priced cat toy which lasted a matter of days before unit refusing to charge. Outer case then snapped in half so the whole thing went in the dustbin. I emailed the Company to complain and heard nothing. I have since emailed them twice more & have had no response. Do not buy from this Company.

I ordered a litter box sieve advertised on Facebook, in spite of my policy of never again ordering there. And I forgot to check reviews, as I always do. The package arrived at my post office, but I got a notice that $7.95 in postage was due because Nestoly used FRAUDULENT postage! I asked the PO what this meant, and they said scam companies will print fake postage labels, and sometimes get away with it! When I contacted Nestoly about it, they were oh so sorry about it, and said they had processed a refund I would receive in a few days. I didn’t trust them, so I didn’t pick up the item at the PO (because I’d have to pay). Of course, it’s been twice as long as they said, with no refund. Now they won’t reply to my emails. I’m reporting them to the Oregon attorney general. I could just kick myself for failing to check out this scam company!

I bought the interactive sparrow. There is no side pocket to put in the cat nip, it doesn't charge and doesn't work.
Don't buy. Very disapointed.

Do not purchase from this site. I had 3 fraudulent transactions on the same day I made this purchase. I usually check trust pilot and product review before buying any products but didn’t on this one.

Poor company offered buy one get one free only sent one than ,ignored emails.

I ordered two cat toys. They are the ball that rolls around.I ordered on Jan.1, 2026, and was charged $30.89 on my credit card. I have yet to receive the toys. I expect a reply and a return of my money or the toys. Jan.1 to Feb.16 is a long time to wait for nothing. If there is no reply, I will for sure be investigating this company. Thank you.

The ad showed a very specific type of cat litter scoop. They delivered a scoop that was not anything like the one demonstrated in the video ad. They asked for photo of what was actually sent. I emailed it to them. They said they would send the correct item. They never did. Should be prosecuted.

Waited over a month for a wall mountable cat scratch mat. It has a thin aluminum-like covering on the back with a small red tab. You are supposed to use the red tab to remove aluminum foil, and expose the sticky backing gor wall mounting. However, the tab pulls the entire backing off!! Writing to them for a refund. Run from this scammer company!!!!!

I bought the cat steam brush and never received it. I emailed the company countless times, however, no reply whatsoever! I am highly disappointed. The company is a total scam! Do not order anything from here unless you like throwing your hard earned money away!

Package arrived damaged. Cat toy ball is very scary for my cats, they run away from it. It is very fast, too much vibrating lights and generally intimidating fast.

Absolute crap company, I've written two emails for a refund, nothing. The toy I bought arrived broken and it doesn't stick to the floor. It was £20, massive rip off.

Bought the wrestling puppet and it totally sucks. Not at all as advertised. No crinkle ears, no places for fingers to go as suggested and no cat nip. This is a scam company, they do not supply what they say they will.
