We don't pay any more credit cards fees!

We don't pay any more credit card processing fees! I'm so happy now. Our two pet stores have been in business since 2010. We've gone through a few different payment processors and typically switch because of rates. NETbilling approached us about a year ago, and offered to set us up on their cash discount program. They gave us brand new terminals with software that is very helpful for our business type because of the extensive reporting and inventory management built-in. We changed all of our pricing to reflect credit card pricing, about 3% higher. Upon checkout now, the terminals give the customer a discount if they pay by cash or debit. It's brilliant because the customers don't feel like they're getting screwed by passing along the credit card fee, because they have the option to pay cash and receive a discount. It's so much better than just doing a surcharge and we've had no complaints. So the customers are happy and we're not paying any more credit card fees. I love it! We like Netbilling, not only for their great services, but their staff is awesome also!

We are really happy with the rates and…

We are really happy with the rates and service we are getting from Netbilling at our optometry offices (Monarch Bay) here in Dana point, CA. We ahve been with then for about 2 years, and they saved us a ton of $ over our last system. Great customer service too the few times we have reached out with questions. We surely recommend them.

A glowing review of NetBilling!

Here is a glowing review of NetBilling!
They have save us thousands in processing fees over the time we have been with them. We switched from Square and Shopify to get better customer service and better rates. NetBilling has provided both. Their staff is so knowledgable and they gave us free equipment too.
Our account manager Jenn is the best!

We got turned off by Stripe and are not…

We got turned off by Stripe and are not sure why, even though we have no disputes or chargebacks. We've been using NETbilling for our other stuff, but this is a Shopify store and we weren't sure if NETbilling was supported as Stripe payment is already integrated. We contacted NETbilling to set us up with another merchant account for our new online store after finding out that we could use NETbilling with Shopify. Of course, they took care of us and got us processing again in 72 hours. They have excellent customer service!

We switched to Netbilling from Stripe…

We switched to Netbilling from Stripe as we were considered "high risk", so Stripe would no longer process for us. The Netbilling crew made the transition quick and smooth and now we are paying less also!

Exceptional!

I came to NETbilling from Chase as they promised a great rate. Not only have they saved me a lot of money but anytime I have a question they are there for me. You can't go wrong using them to help you accept online payments.

I’m so happy with Netbilling’s service.

We just started using the new Woocommerce NETbilling module for our online store. We now have our cart setup and talking to our retail store Point of Sale system that they set us up with so now our online and in-store inventory is all synched. It’s really great!

NETbilling got us a merchant account in about 24 hours at rates far better than our previous provider. We are happppyyy!

You sound like a POOR excuse for a Business !!! Your trying to take $$ from my accout WITYHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION ??? FRAUD & THIEVES !!! I NEVER SIGNED with you OR with ANYONE dealing with your SORRY ASSES !!! IF you take 1 fu*in $$ from me I WILL TAKE ACTION & PROSECUTE YOUR ASS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Netbilling is freakin’ awesome!

My family owns a restaurant and deli in Los Angeles. We get solicited frequently for credit card processing. There are a lot of companies and individuals that sell payment processing, and all of them seem to have the same line about how they can save me money over who I am currently using, blah, blah.. But we never bite. For us, it’s more about a relationship and service then saving a penny..

I was actually referred by a friend who has been using Netbilling for several years. They hooked us up with new equipment, cash drawers and kitchen printers for restaurant about a year ago. I must say, not only was the pricing better than what we were paying but we have developed great friendly relationship with the owner who frequents our restaurant, and our sales rep Danny. I’m sure we’re not their biggest client, but we’re also not the smallest, but they treat us like we are family and have been with them forever.

These guys are the best and myself and my family recommends them.

Best rates & equipment, helped us make it through COVID!

I can’t recommend Netbilling enough! With our shop, we do both online orders and in person orders. When COVID hit, and we had to pivot to do online/pickup orders, I figured I should shop rates and find a better setup/equipment for that. I didn’t realize how much we were paying before, but now that we’ve been with Netbilling for about 9 months I’m seeing a huge savings. For our online orders we have a much better rate and the fees are less. I think we’re saving around 20-30% from our last company. But for the in person processing we are now paying practically nothing with their cash discount program. On top of that, we got amazing new POS/register equipment that has made my admin tasks so much easier and faster. It manages my inventory, time & attendance for my employees, finances, and works with our website’s system. It’s also so much easier for everyone to use than our old register, we can train our new hires on the system in about an an hour. Netbilling has really changed the way our shop operates for the better. Thank you!!!! ❤️

So happy with NETbilling!

We have been using Netbilling for almost 3 years now to handle the credit card processing for our web sites. They give us really great rates and the customer service is amazing. I can't say enough good things about the staff there. You can tell that they love what they do!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I tried to cancel from a website for which they provide the billing services but I received no reply whatsoever and they recharged my credit card. I filed a complaint and asked my bank to block any new charges from this website. This is fraud. This is a scam.

I have written several emails to cancel a subscription and there is no working self service option like come on what a scam!!

I wrote several e-mails since October 2019 trying to cancel a subscription.
Still have yet to receive a response from them.

Edit (2022-12-05): They told me to contact you and you guys are telling me to contact them...
Well, thanks for the reply nonetheless.
I really tried to update this as fast as you guys were able to reply to me, but as this update shows it's just not possible.

I got more out of this job than I expected!!

I worked for Netbilling for about 6 months. OMG, I loved this job so much!!! Just make sure you are rich already before you start working there because they just pay you enough to pay your cellphone bill, put gas in your car, and get you hair/nails done (if that's your thing) lol!. Think of this as a volunteer job. Everything is not about money, and this is one of those things. This was a great experience. It's just time to move on. I am not going to let a couple of bad days, distort my total experience there, because I had a ball helping all the nice customers.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Paid to join website through net billing and could not access website form any browser even after clearing cache and cookies. On phone with "support" for an hour and they just said we can login it must be your computer. I have a top of the line gaming PC with lightening speeds and have no problems logging into any other site I wish. Buyer beware !!! This company is apparently a scam from my experience

Be careful. Horrible company ethically speaking.

I had a very poor experience with this company. Product worked fine but after giving the company notice of cancellation, I am still getting billed month after month for their service. They ignore any communication and refuse to refund the money. I had to cancel my credit card to ensure they would not continue to withdraw money from my bank account months after giving them a cancellation notice.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware..

Reminders were sent to you to complete the document informing you that you will receive future invoices until its completion. Yet we received no response from you until months later. This is the reason you continued to receive invoices.
