Ralph from Support deserves his own Trustpilot!

I'll break down my review into 2 parts, the performance and the support.

Performance wise the MultiSite Hosting is unbelieveably fast, like 20 points faster on the Google Pagespeed score. I assume that this is down to using both Litespeed and Redis to bring page loading times right down. It's night and day compared to Siteground who I migrated from. I have since upgraded to the managed Enhance VPS and this is just as good.

The support.
I have mainly been dealing with a chap called Ralph and I can honestly say that I have never had support like it before. He regularly goes well above and beyond what is expected and his ability to translate technical stuff into simple to understand language is second to none. Whatever he gets paid is not enough, it is due to the support that I received from him that I upgraded to a VPS and will be migrating all of my sites to NetNerd.

Do yourselves a favour, just switch to NetNerd as it really is worth it.

I have been with these guys for around…

I have been with these guys for around 16 years back in the FVS days.

Out of all the hosting providers I have experienced in my career, these guys out perform all of them, even the big names.

Nick, Ralph and the wider team are always on hand to support, even over Christmas periods, even when i've been a pain in the a**, these guys are always there for their customers.

They're the perfect example of how smaller businesses and providers can out perform the big ones.

Well done guys.

Best provider

I've been using NetNerd for so many years that I think they were originally called something else when I first joined them! I can categorically say that their service is superb and has never let me down. They are always ready and available to support me with any issues, which is invaluable as I run my own business and don't have the time or knowledge to deal with my tech issues when they arise. Today was one of those days (thank you Sam and Ralph...!) and this is what prompted me to write this review now. NetNerd is highly, highly recommended!

A company that understands what you do

Used NetNerd for years and now my go-to company to register my domains. The bigger companies are often simply dreadful, with no appreciation of you trying to run a small business & looking after clients. NetNerd seems to appreciate where you are in your working life and what you are doing.

Support is superb

I've used NetNerd as my hosting provider for at least 5 (if not more) years and their support team are absolutely the best I've come across (I also have hosting in Spain and that support team doesn't even merit 1 star but that's another story)

Anyway, I've just spent a weekend trying to fix the consequences of my negligence and as usual, the support team were superb. A big shout out to Subha who bore the main brunt of my problems and to Ralph and Suranya.

Excellent service and excellent hosting…

Excellent service and excellent hosting providers based in the UK.

Compared to my previous hosting company, the support is excellent. They helped me migrate both of my websites at the time of moving.

I have nothing bad to say about them. I feel confident that if I have an issue and I forget how to resolve it myself, Ralph always provides fast and efficient support. I don't have to contact Ralph and the team very often, but when I do, they are super responsive, act professionally, and help resolve matters very quickly. I have been with them now since 2021 and it was the best move I ever made.

Super quick and effective help

I was receiveing a bounce back message and didn't know why.
NetNerd was able to very quickly spot where and why this was being generated and informed me to make changes.
They also helped me in making the changes.
All worked and no more errors.

Be aware that UNLIMITED hosting means…

Be aware that UNLIMITED hosting means 30GB not UNLIMITED.
They are not hiding it if you ask.
"If you use the Unlimited hosting package (£49.99 plus VAT per year or £4.99 plus VAT per month) there's no explicit disk space limit, but an acceptable usage policy of 30GB applies to the account as a whole. This would need to cover all data held in the account (so all mailboxes, site files and databases).

We do offer a pro hosting package for customers that want to store more than 30GB of emails. This package has an explicit disk space limit of 100GB (again for the account as a whole) and costs £29.99 plus VAT per month.

In both cases, we allow users to define mailbox size limits upon the creation of mailboxes, and adjust them thereafter, but the limit of the account as whole applies.

Outstanding Customer Support

I recently needed help in transferring my community website created in Wordpress from one URL to another, seems simple but involves a deep technical knowledge of Wordpress working. As Ralph from NetNerd was explaining what I needed to do he must have sensed I was way out of my comfort zone and offered to complete the task for me. I have found NetNerd support to be top notch to date but was blown away by the level of service offered. In my view way above and beyond expectation.
