I give this so called company ZERO in my book Total scam ,First off I only wanted a one time sale product order ,As soon as I ordered I cancelled almost immediately ,Wrote the company took several days about Five for them to reply to my email I was pissed at this point ,I emailed back n forth for weeks generic replay always never any real satisfaction
,Explained to the lady that wrote me back
that I cancelled my order I wanted full refund ,We went back and forth almost a month , later finally got the product I opened the pkg, Not What I ordered ,Bag was gummies candy w/ 2 grams of sugar per peice , The bag was. Extremely vague and from a different company alltogether Not what was advertized No packing slip and sense i I don't trust this company ,I want use this product ,To Top it all off Absolutely no refund despite the company promised my 70% refund back to my bank which I should have never agreed to TOTAL SCAM.

Big liars and cons.
You pay them , you cancel . They ignore cancellation . They take payment . Never send methylene blue . This product will never arrive . As for refund you can forget that. Will never happen . And they will haggle for 30%, 40% even 70% refund all bullshit .
They are nothing but a disgraceful scam.

Never received my order, this company is a big deceitful scam ....don't order from them. They will steal your money.

I ordered supplements from this company paid for them not realising they took more money from my bank l sent them a email saying I want a refund but gave me some bull story l have not received the supplements and now I know l will never see them.I wish l read the reviews on trustpilot know better the next time. Don’t deal with this company absolute scammers they should be investigated and shut down immediately. Hugh

No products received ,no confirmation or receipt of funds paid. And additional 29.99 taken from account. No refund policy web site takes you to shopify .saying No web site exists. Proper scammers

Ordered may 12. No tracking and just getting smoke and mirrors company a scammer. Reporting them to feds and state. Do not order from them

Never received the product even though they said it was delivered to my mail box. and customer service sent me a link to track package and when i click it it says my order does note exist

Neuropoise.This company sucks. I ordered a product on 5/6 I still haven't received a tracking order just a bunch of bullshit lies. I will be contacting the powers that be. They are no doubt a scam. They refuse to refund my money. I don't want their scrappy product

Scammers,after agreeing to a 18.95 purchase they charge an additional 29.99 for subscription.
Costumer service doesn’t exist.

Do NOT buy from this company, they are scam. You DON'T get your order & when you try to track or contact them "their website is down" is ALWAYS the response. SCAM SCAM SCAM SITE

Ordered in au$ charged in Us$ Bullshit company Don’t do it Facebook advertising is a joke no protection at all It’s now been 6 weeks since I wrote the first part of this review Since then I have had a second payment of $177 taken out of my account by these fraudsters without my consent then had further lies from Chloe pretending to assist So in a nutshell $354 gone NO PRODUCT NO REFUND JUST LIES BE VERY AWARE DONT DO IT

No communication, I o rdered 2/05/2026 advertised price in $AUD once ordered I was charged $USD.
No response as to delivery eta
