I subscribed to the "Konceptuals" Neurology SCE QBank…
I subscribed to the Neurology SCE QBank by The Konceptuals, which was advertised as having 800 unique questions. However, shortly after subscribing, I discovered that many of the questions were heavily repeated with only minor wording changes, and the actual number of unique questions is far lower — likely around 80–100.
I contacted their support within minutes, requesting a refund. I was told that the refund would be processed, but after that initial reply, they stopped responding completely.
I documented everything with screenshots, screen recordings, and the full email exchange. I have since submitted a formal complaint to UK Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.
When I attempted to share my experience in a group where Konceptuals QBank was being promoted, my messages were deleted and I was removed from the group — instead of my concerns being addressed.
I'm sharing this so that others can make informed decisions, and avoid going through the same experience. If anyone wants to see evidence, I'm happy to share it privately.
