I had a fantastic experience with Nevo Shop, a payment for my order was taken but the order was not placed due to a technical issue. I followed this up after a couple of days and received an immediate response. The team upgraded my shipping to express with no extra charge (which arrived 48 hrs later) and my order came with some extra complimentary products and a hand-written note to apologise again for the slight delay. This was such a lovely touch, I’m super excited to try everything out. Thank you!!

I am a first time customer who is impressed with what I have experienced
The website was user friendly, the customer service is outstanding and my purchases were dispatched quickly and safely packaged.
I had a question about a Moroccan oil product I had never used before.
My email was dealt with in a thorough and professional way.
They were even smart enough to hold up final dispatch, just in case my question may have affected whether I wanted to continue with my purchase.
I couldn't ask for more and Nevo Shop will be a go-to site for my needs in future

Excellent service
Received a follow-up email after what I ordered was out of stock in the 1L bottle. Was offered a refund or 5 x 200ml bottles. I chose the 5 x 200ml bottles. These were express posted at no extra cost and freebies were added to my order aswell. Great service, more than happy with my first experience buying from Nevo!

Just wanted a small tube of hair paste to take to Antarctica in January. The Keune brand I bought fits the bill perfectly. My previous hairdresser uses all those products so I thought I would not have a problem purchasing from you.
