Order cancelled with no explanation
Ordered and paid for 2 items. Soon afterwards they cancelled my order. No explanation of why and no apology. My credit card has been refunded so I haven't suffered any loss but the lack of communication is poor. They then send their automated emails asking for a review so here it is.

Thank you for your review, we ran into a tech issue with our site where it seems it took over 24 hours to update, unfortunately when you ordered we had already cancelled making the filled bangles but we do apologise to everyone that was affected at that moment and acted quickly to get this glitch fixed and replied to everyone who had contacted us about this

I’ve been looking for a solid gold slave bangle for a couple of years. The fact that you can choose between widths, diameters and weight is a brilliant idea. You get exactly what you ordered. Fast, efficient service too.

A bit frustrated initially because of no one picking up my phone calls, however once I got the attention of Pete by email, he was very quick at responding and did a great job making me a bespoke gold bangle to match the silver one I had given my wife years ago. I mailed him the silver bangle which he used to shape the oval gold bangle. Even polished the silver before sending both to us. She's very pleased.

Great range of rings, I was a bit disappointed that I was not told that the item had to go away to be assayed but once I realised that no problems.

The item was despatched within the time…
The item was despatched within the time stated at point of order and was sent by recorded delivery. The gold bangle I bought as a present is fine but a little sharp on the edges - perhaps a little more care with design would make items more tactile and therefore desirable
