STAY AWAY from these crooks...I Went online to renew my sos. wa. gov/ Corp. This SCAM website popped up first. I thought it looked different but figured if my Lics was renewed with the CORRECT website (not this scam one) it would not charge again. I had paid the Lics a couple weeks before online at the correct www. sos. wa. gov/ corp website-but I could not remember. So playing it safe- I logged on here (my big mistake) and paid and thought wow $150.00 thought it was $60.00. As soon as I hit the send button it hit me wrong website and so I tried to call them 2 times- NO Answer- and called the bank to report this fraud charge. I emailed them and told them to refund my $150.00 and they sent back email saying they would only refund $135.00 due to some charge and saying I used them before and cancelled. That is a big lie. I looked at my visa charges and never used them before. SO WATCH OUT for this websites. I am going to fight the additional $15 they never refunded thru my bank. I showed them they had a 100% Money back guarantee they promised and will see if they refund the whole charge. PLEASE BE WATCHFUL and stay away from NewBusiness Filing. You can do it all way faster and cheaper thru the Gov websites. Been in business for 27 yrs and never happened before.
