We refinanced with New Capital Lending after our rate lock with another company fell through at the last minute (long story). They stepped in, requoted us fast, and actually closed faster than the original lender was promising. Saved us from a pretty stressful situation.
I honestly expected this to eat up a whole month of my life. It did not. Closed on our HELOC in less than a week. Very simple, the only thing I had to do was upload a few documents through their portal. I was very pleased with how easy it was. Great experience and great customer service!
I used New Capital for my HELOC. I have done several home loans in the past but this one was different. They were very easy to work with, the process was simple, and it was a very quick transaction. They did exactly what they said they would do and the time they advised it would take. The customer services is also by far one of the best I have ever encountered.
