Hi Richard, I answered the phone to you the other day about your cable that you had ordered and was friendly and had no issue running downstairs to find out if your part was here. It was and we said it had been a few weeks and we had called and left messages but you did not reply, but it was ready for collection. You have been taking your bike to be looked after some where else for a while now and when they would not fix a part for you brought it back to us. The bike was corroded on parts and the manufacturer refused your warranty as they said the bike had not been looked after well. We fixed it any way for you and did not charge you any money for it and never got a thank you for our efforts. In terms of waiting a month we are beholden to the manufacturer in the case of parts, and the lead times have been longer due to factors like the war going on and the ships on divert, it is unfair to blame us for that when all we have ever done is tried to help. Every time you come in you have asked you how you are, when you came in to get your cable the other day you had to wait a moment as another customer was in front of you and Pete was dealing with him first, he handed you the cable as you looked like you wanted to go, said hello Richard here is your cable and continued with the other customer as it wasn't a short answer. So we are not sure as a business where this review has come from and why you are so upset you felt instead of just talking to us you needed to make a negative review.
* You have now added that you were left an angry phone call message. You were left a message after you refused to pick up your phone..again, so that we could talk to you about why you felt like we had given you bad service, explaining about the fact as above we had fixed your bike, that you did not look after well and why you were so dissatisfied. There was no 'Angry message'. We can see there will clearly be no resolution with you as you have avoided all contact with us and have just kept updating this review rather than simply talking to us to resolve how you are feeling in the first place. We are happy you are with another garage and wish you well in the future.
