The puppy in question is absolutely FANTASTIC.
Our experience, and the experience of exporting our particular puppy on behalf of the NewDoggy team, was a bit of a challenging one. It began very well for all involved; I requested current photos and videos, and these were provided readily, revealing a lovely, correct, beautiful pup of our particular (relatively rare) breed. Payment went smoothly after we determined that she was the dog for us.
The subsequent challenges were circumstantial -- the weather in our area precluded smooth sailing -- but NewDoggy forded it with us, keeping excellent communication throughout the process. The team handled it smoothly, kindly, and confidently, and our girl was ultimately delivered safely. After a couple of adjustment days, we had an absolutely adorable puppy.
Several months later, we have a FANTASTIC "teenage" dog. She is *spectacular* in terms of conformation and breed type. She is a loving, sweet, and HIGHLY (almost ridiculously) intelligent example of her breed.
As icing on the cake, she came to us pre-loaded with training -- sit, shake, things that I never bothered to train our other dog to do because this breed is so smart that they just listen to your voice and hand motions (if they want to, ha!) This isn't a guarantee on behalf of the broker, so it was a hugely pleasant surprise when our shy puppy decided to show that she knew "shake" ... Roll over ... Sit ...
Short version: We absolutely ADORE our girl, and this despite adversity. The real test of a service is how they perform in the face of adversity, and NewDoggy delivered an absolutely outstanding dog despite major setbacks. Communication was fantastic the whole way round.
Oh, and lest you think they vanish after the sale -- NOPE. Still in close contact even months later.

Vor wenigen Tagen haben wir unseren kleinen Cavalier King Charles Spaniel „Boy“ über NewDoggy vermittelt bekommen und ich muss ehrlich sagen: Ich habe noch nie eine so professionelle und kundenorientierte Arbeit bei der Vermittlung eines Hundes erlebt.
NewDoggy sind selbst keine Züchter, sondern vermitteln ausschließlich Welpen von ausgesuchten Top-Züchtern. Genau das hat uns von Anfang an überzeugt. Die Kommunikation war durchgehend exzellent. Man hat uns zwei Mitarbeiter zur Seite gestellt, die uns während des gesamten Prozesses begleitet haben.
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass wir von der Abholung des Welpen beim Züchter bis zur Übergabe ständig aktuelle Fotos und Videos bekommen haben. Das hat uns unglaublich viel Sicherheit gegeben. Alle Dokumente, inklusive Pass und weiterer notwendiger Papiere, wurden vollständig und professionell erledigt – ohne dass wir uns um irgendetwas kümmern mussten.
Boy selbst ist ein wunderschöner, gesunder und sehr gut sozialisierter Rüde. Er ist liebevoll, ausgeglichen und hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei uns als Familienmitglied etabliert. Unsere drei Kinder (3, 5 und 7 Jahre) sind völlig begeistert und Boy genießt die Aufmerksamkeit sichtlich.
Die gesamte Abwicklung war auf einem Niveau, das ich so noch nicht erlebt habe – transparent, zuverlässig und mit sehr viel Herz. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität, Vertrauen und das Wohl des Tieres gelegt wird.
Ich kann NewDoggy uneingeschränkt und mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wer einen gesunden, charakterstarken Welpen aus seriöser Vermittlung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Today our Frenchie Sugar turns one year old, and he has been with our family for the past eight months. Looking back, we could not be happier with our experience.
We were very pleased with the help we received in choosing the right puppy, the opportunity to have some initial training done before he joined us, and the way he was delivered to us. Everything was handled professionally and with great care.
Sugar has grown into a wonderfully social, friendly, and well-behaved dog. He loves people, gets along well with others, and has become a much-loved member of our family.
We are truly happy that he came into our lives. In fact, we are already thinking about getting a second French Bulldog, and when the time comes, we will definitely turn to Géza and the team again.

A Finn-tastic Experience
I am so happy I chose NewDoggy.com to bring home Finnley, my Australian Shepherd puppy. After two failed attempts with another provider (including a puppy I’d reserved with a deposit getting sold to someone else!) third time’s the charm.
From the start, NewDoggy’s Geza and team impressed me with the overall quality of their care—Finn arrived healthy, well-handled, and clearly raised with attention to temperament and well-being.
What stood out most was the training and preparation. Finn seemed comfortable with daily routines, and I could tell he had been gently introduced to socialization and development from an early age. He arrived 80-90% potty-trained and understood basic commands. His personality and confidence showed that the NewDoggy team truly cared about setting him up for success.
Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received regular updates and plenty of videos, so I always knew how Finn was doing and what his progress looked like. I also really appreciated the thoroughness around health documentation—Finn was fully vaccinated and vet triple-checked when he arrived.
Logistics were handled well. Despite an initial delay caused by airline strikes, Finn arrived smoothly from Vienna without further issues. He was calm and alert on arrival and once he got home, he adjusted quickly and confidently. Today he’s happy, thriving, and truly a joyful addition to my family.

We found our sweet Finn
We found our sweet Finn, an English Spaniel, online and fell head over heels in love with him. We never thought we would get a dog from Europe. Initially, we were apprehensive about doing business overseas, considering all the scams out there, but Géza and Tran quickly put our minds at ease and made the whole process smooth and easy. It took Finn about a week to adjust to his new environment and he continues to thrive. He had an excellent check up at our vet this past week. Finn was calm the entire time and received so many compliments that it was almost embarrassing :) someone actually called him the “George Clooney” of dogs. Everyone wants to know what breed he is and where we got him. He is as healthy as can be. Finn loves kids and adults and has never met a dog he didn’t want to play with. We can’t imagine life without our new, furry family member anymore. Our thank you goes to Géza and his whole team for all that they did to make this happen!

We had an amazing experience with this company. They were super helpful from start to finish. Sending lots of pictures and updates on our puppy to be. They pre-trained her and gave us lots of follow-up support in the early days of being puppy owners. Dog is now three years old and such a wonderful addition to our family. She has a great character, well behaved and everyone who meets her falls in love. Highly recommend new doggy!

Thank you Geza, Tran and the team for bringing up our little Cavapoo. You were fantastic right from the start with advice about the type of dog that would fit into our family with children in an apartment in Hong Kong, breeders, personalities of the puppies to advice after we received our puppy, how to settle her and training tips. Lola is a gorgeous little girl. The training offered prior to arrival was also super useful. Lola is easy going, socialized and well adapted.

Great team. Extremely professional. The 2 dogs I took from them (one 3 years ago, and a new one just now last August) are great dogs. Super healthy, balanced in their head and very cuddly and smart. I recommend this company to all my friends looking for a new family member as not only are they nice, but their documentation and follow up is equal to none.
