Approved When Everyone Else Said No
After being turned down by multiple lenders and banks with complicated documents and requirements,I was starting to lose hope, I came across this team and honestly, it was a game changer. From the very first conversation, they treated my situation with understanding and determination. Where others saw risk, they took the time to actually listen and look for solution.
The steps were clear, transparent, and surprisingly fast considering how complex my case was. I was kept posted and explained things in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated.
What really stood out was their persistence to make it work. This wasn’t just a “submit and reject” experience, they genuinely worked hard behind the scenes to get my loan approved when it felt impossible.
If you’ve been knocked back elsewhere or feel like you don’t fit the standard criteria, I can’t recommend them enough. They gave me a second chance when I was ready to give up.

Really appreciate you sharing this.
What you’ve described is something we see every day — traditional banks and lenders often don’t truly understand hospitality. They assess from a distance, based on rigid criteria, without seeing the full picture of how a business actually operates.
At NEF, we do it differently. We take the time to understand the business behind the numbers — the people, the plan, the opportunity — and then structure a solution that fits. Not every deal is straightforward, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good business.
I’m glad we could step in when others couldn’t and help get this over the line. That persistence you felt is exactly how we approach every application.

The Team were amazing, not only were they Quick, helpful, efficient and trustworthy, they made it a breeze to get the new equipment for our cafe, as we don’t have a lot of spare time to chase up anything. Thanks for everything, you guys are awesome, you are the best there is.
