I've used them for a few years and they have never let me down, Sharon is a rock, always helpful even when extracting payment. They were very helpful immediately post Iran when supplies/quotes were not being given by some suppliers.

different from other companies, they email over with photos of your deliveries, did this order by boiler juice a nightmare, but got the delivery in 2 days, and lady there explained the way they operate really well, will use again,thanks.

I told her how I’d been let down by another company, was running out of oil and didnt know what to do. She has sorted everything out and I’ve just received a text to say it will be with me tomorrow! After 11 years of the other company and there abrupt attitude to customer service I’m so thrilled to have found this amazing xx

Well what can I say but totally professional and trustworthy. I placed my order at the right time fortunately as we all know prices have gone crazy. Sharon processed my order and it turned up on time at the agreed price. Unlike some other companies. I would say 10 out of 10 to New Era and 11 out of 10 to Sharon. You will continue to get my custom

Always had good service from this company but today was exceptional and deserves a mention.
I was suffering a lot of pain when i phoned and spoke to SHARON. I broke down when given a price as couldnt afford that much. SHARON went above and beyond to help me for which i am very grateful. The company are very lucky to have her in their employ.

Sharon from transport and the staff from accounts did a fantastic job sorting out a very complicated payment problem that l caused. I had paid online for my heating oil but then the day after lost my credit card so had to replace with new number.As New Era don't take monies until after delivery has been completed this caused much confusion as l had paid with an invalid card. The team formulated a plan to sort the problem and quickly resolved the issue. All l can say is that they went beyond expectations when they could have easily just cancelled my order. Many thanks again from Michael Poll. 10/10.

I ordered heating oil from New Era Fuel via the Fuel Tool website. New Era kept us informed of progress and payment etc. via email. I was a bit concerned as the 'pending' payment for the oil had disappeared from my current account. I phoned to check and it was all OK. I then called a few days later to increase my order after realising our Watchman was inaccurate. This wasn't a problem and Sharon checked to see we'd got a good original price (we did) and added the extra 200 litres without having to take my bank details again. Our oil was delivered without problem the following day. I recommend New Era Fuels.

I ordered 1000 litres of heating oil through boiler juice. They came but didn’t leave a delivery note and I checked my watchman for my 1200 litre tank and it is showing less than half full.

After using a comparison site for an earlier order, I decided to contact them directly. I found them approachable, extremely supportive, and offering a more competitive price. The delivery was surprisingly early. They sent a text the evening before and another post-delivery, which I appreciated. The delivery arrived before 7:30 am without any disruption, for which I am very thankful.

We have been using New Era fuels now for about 3 months and every week they turn up on time and have always been competitive on price and the communication is fantastic, especially Jake. I would highly recommend giving them a try.
The product quality is always top-notch, and the team are experts who know exactly how to support our needs, even in urgent situations.
Steer clear of New Era. Another failed delivery. Called for update and New Era claimed fuel was still being loaded into tanker. Called again and New Era claimed driver had visited earlier in the morning and the entry way was too narrow for the tanker – despite multiple successful deliveries in the past. Checked CCTV and no sign of any tanker driving past or attempting delivery. Requested refund and told to wait 5 business days, despite New Era already holding money for 7 days since payment. Do not use New Era if you critically require fuel – service was good in the past, now it’s atrocious. Total lack of communication across departments and very happy to take your money without any intention of delivering any sort of service.
They refuse to give a fuel delivery receipt, which is illegal; we suspect 100 litres down.
Offer low prices, but looks like they rip you off by not showing the exact amounts.
DO NOT USE
Ordered 1000 litres from them via BoilerJuice no delivery note and only half a tank. When I requested a delivery note this showed they only delivered 649 litres. No help from either customer services, no refund no responses. DO NOT USE, rip off company.
Ordered 500 litres of kerosene oil via Boiler Juice who then passed the order over to New Era Fuels. Order was due 2nd of April, saw it marked as delivered on the Boiler Juice website only to find when I got home that no oil had been delivered. Contacted New Era fuels the next day who told me that someone must have stolen the oil after delivery, but there’s zero evidence of this happening. Essentially I paid £300.00 for a photo of my own front garden because that’s all they did when they attended. No delivery slip was left or emailed to me, I was given zero updates, no emails or texts, no proof that the tanker was here long enough to have filled the oil tank, nothing. This company is absolutely without a shadow of a doubt ripping people off and I will be taking this to trading standards, informing the fraud department at the bank and also the fraud team with the police as well. I will never trust Boiler Juice again either. I’m now £300.00 out of pocket and have no hot water, cheers lads, nice one.
This was my second time using NEW ERA first time through Boiler Jucie. This time I contacted them direct they were so helpful and the oil was cheaper. Great service, plus I saved money. Highly Recommend them.
