What a fabulous, informative, fun budgeting course I have recently experienced at New Era in Burnley. Karen the tutor provided a hands on program that was interactive, enjoyable and easy to understand. I gained many practical ideas, information, knowledge that I can be helpful when I’m doing my monthly budget. Additionally. Apparently, they’ve gone out of business! I don’t know if this is true as there is still alot of info on the company online
I signed a 5 year agreement for the rental of 2 screens. Matt wrote a personal agreement that after 2 years, New Era would buy the screens from me and continue to pay the remainder of the term. But because the company was ‘closing down’ they were no longer able to honour the personal agreement.

I have purchased and fully paid for 3 monitors together with installation from them in August. The responsible person, Matt, agreed to install for us in the same month. However, Matt gave so many excuses and only delivered the monitors in late October. He also confirmed that his company would not do the installation but no refund of the installation fee has been received as of NOW (Dec 2023). No single response from Matt or his team can be obtained as well. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS COMPANY. They are scammers.

Constantly bombarding us with marketing emails when we have never heard of them, never enquired about them, never had any dealings with them & never registered to receive any rubbish from them. Shoddy way to run a business.

From enquiry to install and content, Matt and the team at New Era have been on hand and advising us every step of the way. The 3 internal displays and the window display look amazing and are already starting to repay the cost our business. We had 1 or 2 teething issues but Eleanor at head office had it sorted in no time. Our Salon, Heads High has already had recognition from L'Oréal/ Matrix and GHD reps who are so impressed with the displays and brands content. We are looking so forward to a great long relationship with NEW ERA.

The team helps with managing the content well and updating it, when requested. Additionally, any queries we have are answered quickly and efficiently. Generally, the company cares about good cooperation and communication with the client and suggests useful improvements.

Awful. Our accountant missed the payment by a day because he pays things at the end of the month and they disabled all the content! I would suggest not using them. They use WhatsApp not email and shambolic

I had a digital screen fitted in my window last January by New Era Group. Everyone was very efficient and polite. since the installation the design team have been amazing. They have always acted promptly when I have requested screen changes and changed things for me at the drop of a hat.
This has really helped my business to stand out and has definately contributed to the recent growth my business has achieved.
