Second fitting done last month

Second fitting done last month - this time with Jordan and he's kept up the standard. Looking sharp as always!

The steep increase in price from £360 to £480 is a clear display of greed. It's difficult to justify such excessive pricing for a product that provides only short-term benefits.

In conclusion, the hair unit's pricing is exorbitant and reflects a lack of consideration for customers. There are more affordable options available that offer comparable results without draining your wallet. Avoid this overpriced hair unit and explore more reasonably priced alternatives.

Outstanding Quality and Service

I've recently had my NewFade hair system fitted and I can't stress enough how much of a positive impact it has had on my life. The quality of the hair system is outstanding, it blends perfectly with my own hair. The fitting process was seamless and the stylist, Opoku, was very professional and skilled. The aftercare guidance and customer service have also been exceptional. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

I enquired on Facebook and asked for a call back. A nice guy called Harry called up explaining the hair system and answering all my questions. A month later the hair system was on my head and I look 20 years younger! Fantastic service, fantastic price, fantastic look! Thank you very much and my friend wants the hair system as well so please call him.

Hi, thank you for feedback. Consultations and hair analysis were usually done before installation. How were you able to bypass this process before installation?

Hit and miss with Newfade, worth a try though

I booked with newfade 4 times. I think the first install needs a face to face consultation tbh you really can't do this with pics. Anyway the first time I went everything went smoothly £165 well spent. Second time they cancelled my appointment less than an hour before the appointment. Now if you are on your second appointment you ll probably be looking like julius cesar as you ve taken the unit off. They rescheduled for next week but I wasted alot of time and had booked time off work. Third time I booked everything went smoothly but thw price had gone up to £185. Fourth time was a disaster, appointment was cancel about 48 hours before it was due. I was offered another date further away and picked one 4 days later. When I arrived for that appointment they didnt have the right unit. So I had to reschedule again and they agreed to reimburse the cost of appointment and my travel. I then went to the rescheduled appointment and it went well after 3 attempts. It was a sheer waste of time. I can say newfade is quite expensive for what you get; your best bet it taking good care of the u it and making it last 8 weeks which would include removing and reattaching. Overall the main problem with them is the confidence that once you book everything should be seamless, unfortunately that was not the case for me, in fact it was such a hassle I have decided to no longer use them and pointed my friend else where now. They really need to sort that out. The hair quality is good for the first two days after that you need to really maintain it for it to last 4 weeks. I think there is an opportunity here but newfade haven't created the right business model, price needs to drop and a way for customers to self maintain should be sort. Anyway I like to see black businesses doing well and would suggest the founders be more present to their business otherwise you ll miss the problems happening and how they impact customers. The barber that you were meant to see was unwell which is why your appointment time was changed, this was explained to. That issue was unfortunately compounded by our stock levels being disrupted by the covid-19 pandemic because of difficulty with import and export from the country. These issues are now resolved Leone and we would love to welcome you back with a free unit on us!
