Great experience
Great experience, great staff and fast delivery. Helped me with Thyroid medication as i had issues with previous pharmacy. Quick delivery, can not complain.

Exceptional service from staff really happy with my pharmacy they request for me medications from my GP I dont even have to call my GP anymore - and they deliver it to me the next day. They offered to switch my medications to dosette boxes which made it easier for me now I don't forget to take my medicine. Truly happy

The staff are really nice and care for…
The staff are really nice and care for me they are very patient driven - I had missed my dose as I was away from home and called them they responded with care - the pharmacist issued an emergency supply and in a few minutes I got a call from the driver coming to deliver my medicine. Excellent service from them very exceptional

Amazing service and support
Amazing service and support! Not only were the prices great, but I also got helpful counselling and lifestyle advice alongside my Mounjaro treatment. Newgen Primacy provides excellent customer service. The team provide you with all the support you need with your weight loss journey on Mounjaro. It has been a life-changing tool for me! I'm so proud of the person I have become since my journey with Mounjaro.

I've been using Newgen Pharmacy for my weight loss treatment for 6 months. They have excellent communication and deliveries are always on time. Dr Aslam is so helpful with his advice and consultations.
