Cheater casino batrey casino plz don't play

I have now faced this issue three times, where my deposits were not credited at all:

Despite successful payments,in past 1 month , the amount never reflected in my account. I contacted support multiple times, provided proof, screenshots —my bank statementb everything. Yet, there has been no proper resolution, no accountability, and no refund, only one automated answer provider takes 3 buisness days n here already 30 buisness days passed , n previously alao my few deposits missed ,at times they do credit n atvtimes they dont n no support at all
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when it involves real, hard-earned money. The worst part is the lack of transparency and support response, which makes it feel like players are being ignored deliberately.
If a platform cannot handle deposits properly or refuses to resolve such issues, it raises serious concerns about its reliability and fairness.
I strongly advise all gamblers and users:
Stay away from this casino unless you are ready to risk losing your money without any support.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

WARNING: ৳60,000+ Withheld - Withdrawal Blocked for 20+ Days - No Resolution!

I am writing this to warn all users about my experience with Batery (YouGmedia B.V.). I am a fully verified user with a balance of ৳60,002.23. For over 20 consecutive days, my withdrawal section has been blocked with an "Unexpected error - section temporarily unavailable" .
​Despite my constant follow-ups and even after completing all verification requirements, they continue to stall. On March 8, they told me to wait 3 business days for a provider response, but that deadline has long passed with zero updates.
​It is clear that they are intentionally withholding my funds. I have already initiated a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB).

​UPDATE: The situation with Batery has reached a critical point of fraud. Not only have they failed to fix my withdrawal issues for over 22 days, but they are now actively sabotaging my attempts to recover my funds.
​Current Issues:
​Deliberate Cancellations: Despite their claim that I have a daily limit of ₹1,000, they are manually CANCELLING every single withdrawal request I make without any explanation.
​Removal of Payment Methods: To further block my access, they have REMOVED bKash and Cryptocurrency options from my account, leaving only one local method that they continue to fail.
​Escalation: I have provided all new evidence, including screenshots of these cancellations and removed options, to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB).
