I hired them to renovate an investment property that has been in my family since it was originally built in 2008, so it was important to me that the project was handled with care. I couldn't be happier with the results.

The company renovated my property to prepare for listing on the market and completed the work on time in January 2026. Erik, the owner, gave many suggestions to transform my house from a classic to modern look. My house is like having a facelifting. Erik has over 20+ years in commercial building work, the quality, standard and expectations are far more stringent. He brought in a wealth of industry knowledge. His crew are very competent and highly skilled. They take good care of cleaning up the property after completion. I'm very pleased with the work. I had many remodeling/upgrade work done in the past. This was the best experience that I have ever had.
