The only thing I don't like is the fact that they use UPS for international shipping. It is simply terrible. Unlike its competitors, UPS does not provide an alternative tracking number to track my package locally. This means that as soon as my package clears customs I have absolutely no way to know exactly where it is inside my country. So if I have any problems, my local courier can't help me because the only tracking number I have is useless to them.

Also, it is important for any International customers to be aware that Newmind FULLY discloses the product name and pricing of your order on the package label. Depending on where you live, this will likely increase your chances of being taxed or having your order seized by customs, depending on the chemical you purchased. This is by no means a negative point, since the Newmind is simply abiding by the Law, but international customers should bear this in mind and check their country's regulations before making a big order. If this is an issue for you there are other reputable vendors that will change the label according to your needs.

Newmind is absolutely amazing. They already have great reviews here but they have treated me so well that I felt I needed to put my own up. There isn't a company on this planet that is close to being perfect, but Newmind sure comes as close as possible.

Every interaction I've had with them either over the phone or email has been amazing.They ship when they say they will ship, and I love the fact that I don't have to pay for overnight shipping when sent with UPS. They are polite, and treat their customers with respect. I have had the displeasure of working with quite a few companies in the same field and there is not 1 company that comes close to them. Also, they have the most shipping options and the best deals to go with them. Free UPS second day air delivery for purchases $100+? You can't beat that! Finally, there's the product. Top notch! Highest quality I've encountered and I've ordered from other companies. In summary, best customer service, best prices, best shipping options, BEST PRODUCT! There's no need to hesitate or compare any further. These are the folks with whom you want to do business. Nobody else comes close.

Newmind always ships same day for me. Yesterday in a rush I accidentally chose money order for payment. When I checked my account a little before 5pm I saw my order was still pending which is highly unusual. I contacted them and the alerted me to my mistake. I canceled order at 5pm and made a new one. The told me I missed shipping cutoff and my order wouldn't go out until the next day. To my surprise it showed up today, so they went above and beyond to get my order out quickly. Now only if UPS was as reliable lol

This company has shown me a level of customer appreciation that is nowadays all but nonexistent. Its all the more incredible that I find this type of salesmanship in a internet business, when I visit countless businesses a week and dont get treated as well by a company that deals with it's customers in a face to face manner. That shows an integrity that I can trust. When a company that doesnt even see me located halfway across the country is willing to go above and beyond the call of good and fair dealings with its customer, that means something. Not keep it short you can trust NewMind to deliver top quality product and stand behind whatever they do or sell. Maybe more importantly you can count on then to admit when they're wrong and will definitely make it more than right and do it more than quick. I recently started sourcing from Newmind after using several other common industry recommended providers over the years and overall, I have been extremely satisfied! Their product is of a great pure quality. Their packaging is by far the most well done with the highest quality container's, info sheets, professional looking, well labelled, well sealed and even comes with various measuring instruments. They have some of the lowest shipping costs from US to Canada that I've ever seen and they also carry alot of Novel products that you will not find from other providers. Last but certainly not least, their costs are much lower than many competing providers. Definitely A++ for Newmind from me.

I was having an issue that my credit card got billed but they didn't catch my order info. After attempts at calling my credit card company without success newmind actually got on 3-way with my card company to try to resolve the issue and expedite my funds back to my account! My emails were responded to promptly within 15min or less. Also the reason for the mistake was corrected in the system. I was so impressed it really put my spirit at ease being treated like a person instead of a number. Both Leo and Bob were very kind and helpful😃
