Queries answered quickly and efficiently!

Got a hold of them quickly, no bots or queuing. Even sorted my payslip issue for me the same day! Thank you so much as I was needing my holiday pay ASAP and they sorted it out within the hour

Regarding proof of work as per the right to work checklist - It is a common misconception that British citizen can provide their driving licence as evidence for right to work. This is not acceptable proof of right to work. Therefore, following the guidelines from the Government employers right to work check list, we will require either a passport or birth certificate.
