Do this now!
The course was interesting and helpful, although the required time for some of the sections is much too generous. This version is written more carefully and thoughtfully than earlier versions. The in-course video could use a refresh! All-in-all, a painless way to save a few bucks on premiums while reviewing the rules of the road. Thank you.

This course is a complete waste of time. Why can't NY State just require completion of a test instead of making everyone sit through information that is either completely obvious or irrelevant?

Hi Laura, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your frustration — we completely understand how requirements like these can feel inconvenient. These requirements are set by the state of New York and, unfortunately, are not something within our control to change. We appreciate your understanding and truly value your feedback as we continue to advocate for the best experience possible for our students.

Super easy navigation of the course
Super easy navigation of the course. By far the best course I have taken. I’ve been driving for almost 30 years. I will continue to take this course every time it is needed for insurance discounts. I’ve shared this course with many friends and family. I highly recommend!

Hi Barbara, thank you for the great review! Being able to learn on your own schedule is one of the things we're most proud of — life is busy and your education shouldn't have to wait for a fixed schedule. We're so glad that worked well for you. Looking forward to seeing you in a future course!
Terrible
Terrible. Kept timing out, repeating sections. Then it wouldn’t accept my voice recognition. I only made it through the first part. I was almost done with the second part when I had all the above problems. I would appreciate a refund.

Hi Thomas, thank you for your review! We're glad the course worked for you overall. We did want to clarify that the 6-hour duration is a requirement mandated by the state — we must ensure all students complete the full time in order to report their completion. We appreciate your patience with that and thank you for the feedback. We hope to serve you again!
