Bought a nextgrill from costco. Once fully build i got the cover out and there's a hole in it. Emailed customer service with no response at all. What a joke of a company

I bought a Nexgrill stainless steel Evolution 5 burner plus side. Its a pretty fine little grill, but 2 of the burners don't ignite. Which is why we got rid of the old one. It came with a card "Don't return to the store, call customer service" So we did. Repeatedly.
Short story, there is no customer service. Its been redirected to marketing and you get signed up for all the marketing lists, product offers, and grills you can purchase to replace the 1 month old, defective unit that you got. My best advice: if you get a defective unit, toss the card and bring it right back to the store for replacement. its the only chance you have to get it right
I purchased a Nexgrill 4 burner BBQ from Costco. It was delivered within the timescale promised, all parts were present, and so long as you take time, assembly is pretty straightforward.
All burners fired first time. Very happy with my purchase.

I tried to phone several times, emailed twice all with no effect. Couldn’t get any help from the retailer or Costco, whose address and phone number are printed on the instructions. I eventually purchased a motor elsewhere. Very, very poor service considering the cost of the BBQ. I haven’t used it yet, so don’t know if it works well or not, looks pretty good and well made. It supposedly carries a 10 year warranty, but from the lack of customer service so far, I don’t have much faith if I ever need to make a claim
I have purchased a Nexgrill 3 burner barbecue. Unfortunately there was a rubber bumper missing from the lid. I can easily buy the item on Amazon, but I thought I should contact Nexgrill Customer Services as this is a brand new item.
Big mistake, the company takes weeks to reply to emails, want the purchase receipt, serial number, make, model etc.
Are they going to send out a rubber bumper, which you would think is a universal fit to all barbecues, as there is only one style on Amazon, no!.
They need more exact details of the serial number, meanwhile more weeks waiting for them to reply to an email.
The barbecue seems to be of good quality, but to avoid any damage to the lid, I would prefer to have the missing items.
