This is a scam......please avoid.

I ordered two LED drawing boards as Christmas gifts on Dec. 14, but as of mid-January, I still have not received, and the tracking still hasn’t been updated as of Dec. 20. This is what I get for ordering from an unknown brand on Instagram.

Product is so cheap, no instructions, and it even looks used and damaged. Don’t even bother purchasing. Get a REAL reformer for a couple hundred dollars more

This is scam and a nightmare. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS. The quality is so bad and not how it is presented in their website. It took a month for my order to be delivered and when it arrived it was packaged so poorly and damaged and is made of poor quality plastic. They said “ We recently engaged a new supplier for the Pilates Pro, who also manages a range of similar products. Unfortunately, due to an issue with their inventory system, a variant of the product was mistakenly shipped instead” i said ok maybe there is a better quality item so i opted to wait for a replacement. When it arrived it is the same crappy item and this time it is chipped and broken. Now that i am demanding for a refund and they no longer rsponds to my emails.

The shipment took more than 1 month. When I followed up, I learned that the post office was holding the unit because additional postage fees needed to be paid. I reached out 3 times and have heard nothing from the company. I have demanded my money back but have yet to receive it.

The worst $175 I’ve ever spent! It took a month to receive. When I opened the flimsy box that was heavily taped the pieces were just thrown in the box. No instructions included. It does not glide smoothly and slides on the floor while using it. Terrible!!

got the equipment and it is broken and non usable. they would not even refund . donot buy this.

I was actually excited about this order but it took about a month to receive it. When I opened the very taped up box, I noticed that all of the parts were just thrown in. Pieces everywhere. There was no instruction manual, just 1 sheet that showed a picture of the nexifit, and on the back, instructions on how to work the timer. And the timer doesn't even work! The board is very flimsy and doesn't glide smoothly at all. This product was nothing like advertised! Do not waste your money! Get something else.

A complete SCAM!!! They show you a product online but what you will receive is far from what they have advertised. The money you paid is not worth the product you will receive. Get it from Temu instead. They avoid compensation and remedy to parts missing from my order. I'm furious!!!!

Had I known that I would have to wait almost a month without receiving my order, I would not have ordered the Pilates Pro. Additionally, I read a Facebook post stating that the quality is not as good as advertised, so I'm unsure if mine will be the same. So, guys, don't believe everything you read online, and think twice before making a purchase. You never know if the quality will be good or not, and you might end up waiting a long time—possibly over a month or even more than that …Feeling disappointed

Product is different from what they advertise and of the lowest quality. Had I known I would’ve just bought from Temu. Not worth the ridiculous price. Customer support doesn’t respond. The timer itself is not working.

Do not buy. This is such a scam.

Cheap goods arrived damaged. Unresponsive and uncontactable once an order is placed.Dont do it.
