non-existent customer support
non-existent customer support, very unfriendly and overly complicated website. API for minimax 2.5 costs the same as going direct BUT does not work properly. I connected it to OpenClaw and the agent began responding with irrelevant garbage. after 10 minutes of going through the site - the chatbox finally appeared and I was able to raise a ticket. I detailed my issues there, and got what I initially thought was an automated response from someone asking how they could help - clearly didn't read the support ticket. When i questioned this they said they never received anything... So I outlined the issues again and no further responses after over 12 hours... maybe my expectations are unrealistic? When I connect my agent directly to minimax api it works as expected...
