I purchased a Nexoria ring online, relying on the sizing information provided on their website. When the product arrived, the ring was far too small. I was then informed that a return would only be accepted if I paid for the return shipping to Hong Kong, in addition to a 15% handling fee.
This is unacceptable, especially considering that I paid €129 for a product that I am unable to use. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading. I will not purchase any products from this company again.
