Had some issues with DPD delivery but nextdaydeal were good in communicating and chasing on my behalf. item arrived and works spectacularly, brand new in box with all accessories. would definitely order from them again

Better than smooth. I urgently needed a cine camera body for a commercial shoot, and these guys jumped to mind as I had shopped there before a couple of years ago.

I was so close to missing the next day delivery cut off, compounded by a payment problem and possible delivery delays with DPD.

However, I was accommodated all the way over the phone by Daniel, discussing at length how I could rent a body short term and he was even shopping for me on the recommended websites.

Ultimately, he went above and beyond to get the warehouse team to send the camera out before delivery cut off, making an exception to use Royal Mail Special Delivery with a little discount thrown in too. A masterclass in service.

Ordered a late birthday present for my wife. Came next day. Would definitely recommend.

I bought Canon R6 Mark ii recently for a good price among other sellers. The customer service is very quick, they handled all our queries promptly. And the product delivered in 2-3 days. I wanted to order a new camera from New Day Deals but when I went to checkout it only offered me PayPal, I’ve had a bad experience with PayPal so I didn’t want to checkout that way, I emailed their customer service and got a reply in minutes with an alternative way of checking out, this is what I did and I received the camera promptly, I sent other emails that where answered straight away, this is a great customer experience, I highly recommend them plus you save money buying from them. I will use them in future.

Everything went as smooth as silk. Having purchased a canon 100-400mm lense from NDD previously at an unbelievable price there was only one place to go for a canon R7. Again I did the due diligence bit checked on prices and availability online. NDD came out top again with an absolute cracker of a price. I was in touch with NDD by email about delivery and just like last time when purchasing my lense I had a reply in minutes. Having previously spoken to Sarah on the phone about delivery of my lense I knew that my cameras would arrive on time and it did in fact a day early. Great service from some very nice people. I know where I will be purchasing my new speedlite from when I come to upgrade it.

We have now used this company a couple of times for quite expensive purchases. The prices are in our opinion very competitive and mostly cheaper than elsewhere but I would say the customer service is what gives this company the edge! Each time we have had excellent service.
My husbands camera was damaged on holiday. So he bought a new one from this company. The emails keeping us informed and answering our pestering queries was exceptional. Unfortunately, my husband’s very expensive camera was then stolen. Who did we go to….yes again they have been on the ball. I must give a shout out to Sarah, who seems to be working 24/7(smiles) she has come back within a short time of sending emails and always polite, professional and friendly. Would recommend using them.

Just received my new a7iv today. Ordered on 26th August and due to bank holiday, NDD was very proactive to inform about the 2-3 days delays. Happy with the service so far. Thinking about ordering a Tamron lens again.

I ordered a camera from this company. There was a delay in it arriving but I did receive an email advising that there might be. I did mess them around a bit in fairness as I had to consider cancelling the order (me having a bit of bad luck rather than anything to do with the company). They were unable to cancel as the order had been processed but the customer support was very helpful and told me how to proceed once the order arrived. The responses to my questions were very quick and the camera arrived well packaged.

Good customer service. Delivery took more time but overall product came fine.

After a lot of searching i found this company ,i was look for a mirrorless camera Canon R 50.They had the best price around i asked about it being compatible for UK use and was reassured it was. Ordered and received in under 3 days. Great experience and kept up to date with delivery would have no hesitation using again.

I was looking for a high magnification Canon lens and found just the right one on the Next Day Deal website at a great price. The ordering process was very straightforward and, while the lens arrived a day late, the Customer Service team proactively flagged this delay to me.

Very poor customer service. Ordered AM for next day delivery. Got a call at 6pm stating that order may not leave due to courier having let them down. Order didn't arrive so had to order from elsewhere. I informed them that I wanted to cancel and had very argumentative discussion with customer service. When order arrived it had shipped from Hong Kong and not UK as website states. I received numerous excuses as to why they couldn't process a return. In the end I gave up and decided that I would keep the order as I had lost confidence.

Make your own mind up but be cautious !!

I've been asked again for a review on my experience, first time it was an R5 order when they was pretty scarce to get a hold of and only on pre order with my local supplier many years ago. That's when I first came across this site. This time I ordered an R1 in an attempt to upgrade my set up and years later same quick service faultless really.

I’ve used Next Day Deal before and found them to be very good. In this case there was a delivery issue but NDD did a great job chasing down the problem, keeping me informed and dealing with the courier. The customer service and communications were first class.
