Can't fault Next Day Deals!

I've been wanting to get a camera for the longest time and needed something compact that works well for social media. I placed my order yesterday and was surprised it arrived the very next day! I even got a follow-up call from a lovely guy at NDD to check if everything went smoothly with the delivery and checking if i was happy with my purchase to which i honestly am.

Like I said, you really can't fault this company—especially for the price

I bought a camera from NDD, but when it arrived there was, to my mind some issues. After a call to them, matters were explained and I was happy once I had the full information, a misunderstanding on my part.

The follow up call to ensure I was happy, and to ask me to provide this review was much appreciated.

I would use them again, if they had the kit I needed.

Ordered a Canon R6 Mark 2 camera from 'Next Day Deal' after doing a lot of research and looking at several reviews, I couldn't find a better price, the camera arrived well packed, quick delivery, all in all great service, can't recommend enough, would definitely order from them again.

I purchased a Canon EOS R6 MkII. The experience was positive throughout and the camera arrived when expected. (Not the next day, but the weekend intervened.

The price was a phenomenal bargain and I feared it was too good to be true but I needn’t have worried.

My experience with next day deal was very good. I ordered my camera with excitement, and concern when an email said it would be a bit later than planned, but after a call from them to explain that because of a small fire that my order would be a day late.
That is okay with me, great price, normally next day delivery and good customer service , I will be ordering again with them 100%.

The camera kit arrived within 4 days and is as advertised. It is a 'grey import' but I have checked it with Canon and it is a genuine Canon product. I have also registered it with Canon. Ofcourse this allows Nextdaydeals to sell at such low prices I have saved at least £500.00 on this camera kit. I also had a follow up call from NDD's to check all was OK. Excellent product and excellent service will definitely use Nextdaydeals again. Many Thanks.

Got a great price on a camera, great offer no other companies came close to the price,and next day delivery to top it all. Was a bit unsure so I checked out Trustpilot …as you do & their ratings gave me confidence to go ahead . Well I wasn’t disappointed everything went to plan and the next day I had my new camera in my hands. I did however wonder why there was no paperwork/ guide/ guarantee ? So I sent off email to Nextdaydeal at 4.53 pm not expecting to here back till the next day but I received a reply immediately from Sarah - Customer Support!
She was very helpful and explained that everything is electronically registered on dispatch and I could download the manual on line too.
So very happy with the service I have received and would definitely recommend this company they are definitely 5 stars !

Ordered Canon camera and adapter. Firstly the price was unbeatable, UK products. The customer service (Sarah) was some of the best I have experienced, quick to respond and extremely helpful. I discovered NDD late one Saturday. Despite previous experiences with late weekend shopping, this was excellent. Rapid and helpful response to my questions and delivery was made as promised.
I even got a follow-up call a week or so later checking that everything had gone OK with delivery and that the product was satisfactory. You can't ask for better service than that really.

I recently bought the canon R6 MkII+the canon 200-800 zoom lens, significantly cheaper than elsewhere.
One slight hiccup due to me missing my house name but this and a couple delivery queries i had were answered by Customer support very quickly.
Should i need anything else in the future i will certainly be heading NDD’s way.
PS:- this camera and lens are game changes for me

I decided to order a Nikon D780 body only from NDD, as they were offering a great price for it. I chased them up after a week, though to be fair they were busy even after the Christmas period, but their customer service was absolutely first class and they resolved the DPD communication issue very quickly. I am perfectly happy to use them again.
