How customer support is approached needs more professionalism. Requesting too much unnecessary demands on customer before simple actions are taken. Which would always put the customers off from further business. This behavior happen each time a situation arose, showing a lack of experience with proper customer support that we are used to in the US. Sometimes when a person is new to handling support themselves, even though they experienced it on the other side, it can be challenging.

Rob of Next Gen Mobility is one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet. Almost running the business by himself. You can expect one on one attention when needed most.

Love the business is family owned and locally operated. This is the first e-bike I’ve purchased and it was hand delivered and assembled at no extra cost. Unfortunately we had some mechanical teething issues (no fault of theirs) however they were always quick to respond to trouble shooting emails and did two trips to the sunny coast to work through the bike’s issues and even threw in some bike extras for our troubles. Love the dirodi gen 6 and NG mobility crew
